When at high speeds the camera no longer shakes 
any idea why this is happening? I checked if it was turned on and it is.
Is this the case with ALL cars on every track? Check your TV settings - are you using some kind of zoom feature? Because what you’re describing is impossible. If you have the motion effects enabled, then you should notice the shake in bumper and cockpit cam.
