I think this happens mostly when I open up the main menu and exit back to freeroam without responding if I’m staying in the Horizon Arcade, and I have to reset the game to get rid of the frozen popup.
I play the Steam version and tried the X on my controller, the mouse and the enter key because those all normally work on the popup but NOT after I open and exit the menu. I have live stream evidence of this if needed.
