Sometimes when I race in A-class online, I discover – too late – that my brakes don’t work at all. I mean, I know you’re supposed to smash into everyone and everything in A-class, but I’m a contrarian. Anyway, if I leave the lobby and go challenge a rival, the brakes work fine, and then when I go back into the lobby, they work again. Anyone else seeing anything like this? I have a G920 wheel.
I’ve found that this has something to do with using the Xbox messaging thing. Don’t know what it’s called – while waiting for a race to start, I select one of the racers, choose “show gamercard”, and send them a message. When the race starts, I have no brakes. If I quit the lobby and go back in, I have brakes again.
