This would come to personal preference. It could be Indy GP Classic, the first, OR second section since they have lots of corners, could be Lime Rock with the uphill section in the back, Maple Valley for obvious reason, Cataluyna full or School section which has multiple areas, and even non sanctioned track options, then you have Road America, Road Atlanta, ect ect.
Several options and several places within those options. The better question would be, favorite Limbo spots, or Drift War spots =D
