Why is it that I own all the pagani cars but I cannot bid or buy the totinos edition. What’s the purpose of the auction if you can’t buy it.
I believe it is technically DLC, and you can’t buy a car in-game unless you own the DLC. Otherwise people could circumvent the DLC car packs by just buying them on the auction house.

It’s a promotion DLC. You need to ‘own’ the DLC to be able to ‘use’ the car.
