Why is my Auction house unlocked? im in lvl. 31 and have done every season, and i’ve tried everything people suggest but nothing works. it’s still unlocked. What to do?

Make sure you play all the way through the intro part - levels has nothing to do with it. it takes about 1 hour
Go in your messages section maybe ur banned. Or maybe it’s just a problem with your internet. Try hard resetting ur router and your xbox.
