[ANSWERED] Ultimate Edition crash after launch

It just crash after launch the game, instantly crash. I am installing manually from powershell a few days ago (got my friends copy)
What i tried today:
-Install and uninstall windows store
-Install all dlc (incuded vip dlc etc)
-turn off audio ( i came from this problem: https://forums.forza.net/turn10_postst131761_-INVESTIGATING--Demo-Unable-to-Launch---Code--FH001.aspx)
-Nvidia driver is the lastest one

STILL NOT FIXED THE ISSUE!

ADD MORE METHOD:
-UNINSTALL THE FH4, AND INSTALL AGAIN IN DIFFERENT LOCATION (WAS ON C DISK NOW ON F DISK)
