The game runs all maps but does not open Maple Valley map, regardless of the game mode I try to play, multiplayer, single player, career. All other maps open without any problem, this is the only map that does not work.
Really late reply, however your best option is to reinstall the game. I had the same issue, but with a different circuit; Spa.
