• Re: No pitpass report today?

James086:Wow guys relax. Anything could have happened, Che could be tied up in a meeting or perhaps someone got sick. Who knows, basically the Pitpass report might not be top priority so it got delayed. Besides, by reading the report the patch won't arrive any earlier. Yes, I have checked for it about 10 times, but it's not a big deal if it's a ...

  • Re: Understeer... in a VIPER??!!

OldSchool58: Try taking the load off that front downforce...it's causing understeer. DD How is that? I thought extra downforce to the front would increase the amount of grip the front wheels have.

  • Re: Everyday cars that you never heard of until Forza 2

Scion, Saturn, Proto and I think that's it. There were a few more individual cars but that's to be expected. For example, I didn't know there was a car called a Barracuda.

  • Re: Say goodbye to ABS!

DashingLeper: I haven't experimented yet, but would sliding the bias to the rear give you sterring control under locked brakes? You know, where the rears lock up but the fronts are still rolling? The stated reason to send the bias to the front is to ensure that all four brakes lock up at a the same time, though, so I suspect trying to get them ...

  • Re: Could the plane take off?

BOD SniperSight: This has done my head right in...... THATS IT!!!!! I'm no longer argueing this, because both scenarios now make sense to me,and I cant picture the scene anymore. Damn bro you got good arguing skills, I'll give you that. I no longer accept either ansewr as a definite solution. Therefore I'm going now to make a few calls. 1 ...

  • Re: A weight handicap would be nice...

I don't see what's wrong with it. It would be especially good if you could use it as ballast and put it front/middle/rear. If it were voluntary then it would be used between friends and would only serve to improve the game as far as I can see. Forcing weight restrictions might be a bit problematic, but if it's your decision to add weight I say go ...

  • Re: Say goodbye to ABS!

TheJackal GN: Why make such a big deal about driving without ABS when nearly all racecars have it, in the REAL world. Does it make you a better driver than people that use it? So which major racing league allows it? ALMS and FIA both don't allow ABS. Besides, it's not used because it's not as effective as threshold braking, so not ...

  • Re: Koenigsegg are too slow!

agent0: If the CCGT was in the game it probaly wouldn't be R-class, they do sell them you know. You must be thinking of another car, the Koenigsegg CCGT is planned to be entered in the FIA GT in the class GT1. That is, competing with cars like the Maserati MC12 GT1s, the Ferrari 575 Maranellos and the Pagani Zonda (of class R2 in the ...

  • Re: Could the plane take off?

Nilophobia:I really don't understand what is so difficult to comprehend about this question. The plane would not be able lift off, becuase there is no wind coming into the wing, which is needed to create a difference in air pressure. That is needed to create lift, so without some source of wind blowing into the plane, it would stay on the ...
