If one of the above gamertags is NOT the one selling the car, its not the GS tuned Yellow Shark. Please use caution as there is another version floating about.
I'll be attempting to post in batches of 3 cars when I can. As I cant sit on the box all day long, please be patient and hopefully one of my other sellers can help fill the gaps.
The car:
This is the
Auto Select Yellow Shark GT-R. Built and tuned by Auto Select - a.k.a.
Sawa Engineering in Osaka, Japan, the yellow shark serves as their test
bed for parts development. While almost an unknown outside of Japan,
this car is well known for being one of the fastest GTR time attack
cars in the world. Many speculate that it is faster even than the
Mines R34 GTR. While the shark is primarily an endurance setup, it
sees the most action as an all out track attacker. With 800 horses
built into the OS Giken 3 liter stroked RB30 race engine under the
hood, it sounds as mean as it looks. Did you know that the RB in
Nissans famous motors stands for "Race Bred"? :)
This is
probably one of the most difficult replicas I've done to date -
primarily due to the lack of decent source photos to work from. In the
end, I had maybe 20 different very low resolution shots and a few low
res videos from which to try and get the layout down. For the most
part, I think I've nailed it down pretty well - although, I'll admit to
taking a small bit of creative license with some of the more obscure
decals that are on the sides of the car. I think it would be hard for
you to tell.

Update:
after a couple of days of testing we have decided to drop the power
output down to 610Hp and run this car in S-Class. So far, this car
with its current tune is doing great. Its fast and its got tons of
grip. I am really starting to look forward to release - just to see
how you guys do with it.
Also, I have completely reworked all
the CF on the car to give it a more realistic look. I used a tighter
pattern and some of the same techniques that you saw on the tsukuba
express. In a word, it looks goooood.
I have also updated the
photo below based on the new CF and design work. I'll be posting this
later in high res on the gs website if you want a wallpaper version.
The high res version is based on a forza photo assembled at 2500 pixels
width x 1100 pixels height. I did some work combining multiple shots
and stitching to get the higher resolution - check it out if you have
time -you can really see the detail!

Finally, if you'd like to see the
real car run, here are two videos linked below. The first one is from
a test and trial day in Taipei. The first video is in Chinese, but
you'll probably be able to overlook that when you start drooling over
the shark. The second video is an older time attack run at Suzuka.
