Automobile [au] Benchmark /Test Track out for all?

Me and my friends love to play on Benchmark / Test Track.
    Especially Layout F :D

But some of them can't play on those tracks, because they don't have the redeem code for the DLC.
They bought new copies, and the code did'nt follow.
One of them returned to the shop where he bought it, but did'nt get a new code.
And they said to him; "Maybe it just fell down under the couch?"

So that's why I'm wondering, if the Benchmark DLC would come out for everyone?
Or is there any other way to get it?

Without getting a code from someone here :P
Want say no to those who want to help my mates thou :)

Take a look in the marketplace. I thought I saw it there available for purchase as a DLC, not sure though as there is a lot of content for FM4.

I've heard that the Gamestop by me remove DLC cards from new games when they put them on the shelves and don't give them to the owners when they buy the game.  Just a thought...

Stores are not supposed to open any of the boxes on sale. They are supposed to be sold sealed, and any box's placed on the shelves are either simple display boxes or are retail boxes still sealed but tagged so they cant be stolen. If a store is selling games opened, they are tampering with the product and should be taken to task for it. You paid for the entire contents of the box, if there is anything missing from the box it is the stores responsibility to replace any missing content.

So in short, get your pals to go back to the store and DEMAND the code and if they dont come across with them, report them to the BBB and also inform them that you will report them to the local police for fraud, false advertising, and tampering with a sealed product. Thats normally enough to get them to cough up what you are owed.

    Best of luck.

Never heard that before, and I buy most of my games there.
And most of the games I've bought there, the codes comes with the games.
And they have never been used :)

Tnx for a very good answer :)
Only one thing I don't quite understand..
    BBB? And that's? x)

But anyways.. I will inform my pals of this, and tell them to go back to the stores where they bought there copies and demand either the code or a new game!

I just noticed that your from Norway, so you have provisions under EU law for refunds/replacements of defective products or products missing content or parts. The BBB advice wont apply as this is a US organisation, but so you know its the Better Buisness Bureau. And I should have added that my comment and advice only applied with titles bought brand new. Anything purchased pre-owned is "sold as is", so anything missing is reflected in the price and you can not have the missing content replaced by the store.

    Yup, that's correct :)
But I would guess it's pretty much the same deal :P

And yes, only brand new copies contains all codes and other stuff that may follow.
Pre-owned (Like GameStop sells) would'nt always have the codes etc, as they've already been used by the previous owner of the game.

And now I know what BBB stands for^^,
