Q: "What does MTMU stand for?"A: MTMU is short for "Me thing mest up"
Q: "Mest?"A:
Yes, mest. Not messed, not missed, and most assuredly not Myst (the
first game was good, the countless versions of the same game afterwards
were a bit overkill)
Q: "How did MTMU get started?"A:
It all started about half a week ago (someone feel free to edit for
exact date of first posting (edit: June 19th, thanks Kiwi)) when Kopite
for Life, patron saint of all things MTMU, bestowed onto us a reading
from chapter "sorry dont read". Namely, "me thing mest up"
Okay,
so he was probably posting something else relevant to the livery forum,
but obviously his thing mest up, and since deleting your own posts
cannot be done, he most likely edited the subject to say "sorry dont
read" and the post to be "me thing mest up".
Of course, no one
can bypass an article that says not to read it for very long, and soon
the MTMU craze took off like a Barry Bonds juiceball.
Q: "So, can I join your MTMU club?"A: By all means! Just please consider our very few rules:
1. Don't be a D-bag.
2. Have an Xbox360 and forza 2.
3. Have fun and be friendly (in most cases)
Q: "How can I add your MTMU graphic to my signature?"A:
It's simple! Simply find anyone else with an MTMU siggy on the forum
(it shouldn't be too hard, proving that it's the simple things in life
that enlighten us), right click and choose "copy image location".
Then, in your edit signature section of your profile, paste that
location between two IMG tags (for those not up on their HTML, that's
< IMG SRC="pastetheimagelocationhere
"> and < /IMG > with no
spaces)
Q: "Can I get an MTMU car?"
A: Certainly! The
MTMU club will welcome you with open arms! Simply request a car, and
one of our awesome members will help you out. The design is unlocked,
so feel free to spruce it up and make it your own once you receive your
car. Or, feel free to create your MTMU car from scratch. \u003cbr\>The\nfollowing people have offered to do cars (I know others have done cars\nin the past but I didn't want to post their names without their\npermission):\u003cbr\>Kiwi90\u003cbr\>\u003cbr\>\u003cb\>Q: "I can't stand MTMU and wish bodily harm on everyone in the club"\u003c/b\>\u003cbr\>A:\nOkay, that's not really a question, but jeez, just lighten up, for your\nown blood pressure if nothing else. Q: "I can't stand MTMU and wish bodily harm on everyone in the club"
A:
Okay, that's not really a question, but jeez, just lighten up, for your
own blood pressure if nothing else. MTMU is just for fun. We try our
best to keep all MTMU-related material to one thread to prevent
spamming of the board. If you don't like it, don't read it. It's as
simple as that.
Q: "Boy, this thread sure is funny! But every three days or so I can't find it. What gives?"
A: In my opinion, some moderator didn't take very kindly to our good natured fun simply because it was in the livery forums (it got its start there and kinda escalated to be more than just about livery), and so they were deleted without any mention as to why. No lock. No move. Just silently deleted. Like Guantanamo Bay.
Pretty mest up if you ask me.
Henceforth, I started a new thread here in the General Discussion forum, in the hopes that the third time is a charm.
GT: Saryl, clean racing FTW...unless, of course, you mest up :D
