Hello everyone.

One of my friends UsR EXTR3ME and alot of other UsR Members were banned from the Auction House about 6 months ago for about 130 years after one member of UsR spammed alot of Nasty Motorsport paints. Many of these guys hadn't ever even played FM2 but were still banned from the A/H. I know Turn10 probably had their reasons but it seems from the outside that they were wrongfully banned.

Anyway i'm not trying to argue with anyone here or make a fuss, i would just like to know wether these guys will all still be banned from the FM3 Auction House. As UsR EXTR3ME and me run a racing tournament called 'The Race-Shop World Series' him being banned from the FM3 auction house would be a big set-back as he wouldn't be able to recieve the paint, tunes or build for the team's cars or gift out prize cars or anything like that.

 It's a shame that he was banned as he's never done anything wrong, but has been banned purely because of his clan. Hopefully someone from Turn10 will be able to look into this for me and see the reason why he was banned, and if so hopefully this problem can be resolved before FM3 is released even to allow him to enjoy FM2 to it's full potential.

I dont see the real reason they were all banned in the first place, the guy that spammed the paints wasnt even in UsR, just friends with them lol.

Its a shame EXTR3ME got banned, because then he almost gave up with Forza after that :(, hopefully T10 dont continue the ban on, especially for UsR because about 90% of them didnt even do anything, but also just for everybody else, they have probably learn't their lesson anyway.
