Ok most of you are thinking what the hell are
Special Series cars? Well they are a set of cars which are exclusive because very few will be released. There are only 2 ways in getting hold of these cars.
1) Participate in any of our current competitions for a chance to win. The competitons we hold vary from Photo competitons to hot lap competitons to ensure all types of people get a chance to win! We also do raffles too so keep an eye out for those!
2) Every Month there will be a no-buyout auction where people can bid for it an hopefully win. There will only be one of each
Special Series car up a month. Last month saw the first auction in which RHR SaNe won all three after a little help from a friend. He payed quite alot for them. There is some feedback at bottom of OP about the cars he won.

The cars:
More cars may be added in the near future!
A850 Honda Civic VTiThis car is currently the fastest Honda around the Sunset Infield Tracks and currently holds #100 at Sunset Infield Reverse. The car is running 600+ Horsepower and manages speeds of 190+ miles per hour. Although this is considered a speed tune it has amazing grip when cornering as the gears are lenghtened so you dont spin as much when pwering out of the corner. This is one of the easiest speed tune cars i have ever driven and deserves a spot here in the Special Series. TSC highly is recommended with this one but it is still driveable with TSC off but i did warn you lol!

This is not as fast as the Stingrays or the Chargers but does alot better than them around the corners. This has to be one of the easiest Speed tunes to drive IMHO! Also does extremely well around Road Atlanta. I suck at driving Speed tunes so these are good times from me below.
Driver Skill Required: Medium/Expert - Any basic knowledge of RWD Speed tunes help alot!
Laptimes:Sunset Infield - #291(carlcooper) 01.26.957
Sunset Infield Reverse - #105 (carlcooper)01.26.925
A850 Vauxhall VX220This car is currently the fastest Vauxhall around the Maple Valley Short Tracks and currently in the top #100 on both Maple Valley Short tracks, laptimes are below. The car is running 260 Horsepower and makes corners like nothing else you have ever driven. However it has amazing grip when cornering but like the Elise it can slide out if your not carefull. TSC is not required for this one but manual transmission suits this car best. I will try get some automatic gears for this soon! This is the first car to get me into the 36's and i have driven many great grip tuned cars and only achieved mid 37's. Go check out the replays and see how quick this thing really is!
Driver Skill Required: Medium/Expert - Any basic RWD knowledge - Hot Lapper's Dream!
Laptimes:Maple Valley Short - #69 (carlcooper) 00.36.996
Maple Valley Short Reverse - #74 (carlcooper) 00.37.166
A850 Volkswagen BeetleThis car is mainly built for Multiplayer racing as it has excellent grip and you can manage consistant laptimes too. It has had the AWD conversion in and is a grip tune not a speed tune. This car is not the fastest car out there but it ain't slow i give it that! Oh yeah it really annoys people when you pass them in a Beetle too

. TSC is not required for this either and can be driven well by all types of drivers. The paintwork is a race replica with a few tweeks.
Driver Skill Required: Any - AWD tune which is easy for all types of drivers.
SaNe 1320:I paid a good amount to get every car in the Special Series and can say one thing, they are worth every penny.
Cars are awesome!
SaNe 1320:
got all 3 and love them...
the Civic VTI is awesome on Medium to Longer tracks and really makes
people cry in online lobbies. you go to Rd. Atl, pull out the Civic,
and people start laughing. By the end of the race everyone's asking me
how to get one. LOL
The Vauxhaul is also a very good car. Does extremely well on the
smaller to medium length tracks, tracks like Maple Short and Mugello
Short, and even does well on Mugello Long, minus the lack of the top
end in the long striaghts. Handles like the Lous's, but with better.
Lotus's tend to get tail happy while this thing just hugs the road.
And of ourse then there's the Beetle. Great on the technical
tracks. I love taking it out on Laguna Seca. Of course once again I
get laughed at. LOL. by the end of the race I'm the one laughing. It's
very nice when the whole lobbie decides to take out AWD and get the
usual jump off the line. Laguna can be a tough track to pass on, and
the AWD jump is really killer sometimes. Now I've got the answer.
Definitely money well spent. I highly recommend these cars to everyone ![Yes [Y]](/emoticons/emotion-21.gif)
