Azzurro
Driving
Academy
Hey there, I'm going to be running a driving academy as a new department of the race team. I know it may sound stupid, but I'm going to make people better drivers than they already are. Also, this is an opportunity to meet new friends and elements of the game I already haven't yet discovered. If anyone signs up, you can apply to be taught the following elements in game:
- Overtaking: Inside brake, outside brake, drafting, aggressive overtaking.
- Overtaking on different corners: Chicanes, hairpins, kinks, double apex, constant radius.
- No assist driving: Learn to drive without the line, ABS, TCS and STM.
- Learn the tracks: Nurburgring, Sunset Infield, Maple Valley, Mugello, etc.
- Learn to tune properly: Learn about oversteer, understeer, the impact of downforce, aerodynamics, suspension and the differences between positive and negative.
- Learn to drive manual: When to shift up, gear ratios, hearing for the right sounds, learning instincts of when to shift, know what rpm to shift down, and how shifting makes the brakes more efficient.
- Learn different drifting techniques: E-brake drift, powerslide, Kansei, Scandinavian Flick, and shift locks.
- Driving clean: Learn how communication with other players is important, how not to cause crashes, how to be aware of other players, and learn how to focus on what's in front of you not behind you.
- Defensive driving: Know when to defend your line and know when not to.
- Evasive maneuvers: Pit maneuver, dodging, slaloms, feints and dummies.
- Mentality and strategy: Know when to pit, learn about tire wear, learn to control attitude, dealing with in-race pressures, how to respect drivers, focusing on the track and not the other drivers, learning co-ordination and reaction times.
If anyone wants to sign up just add Aquabolt on XBL, or register at

Where there's a growing community of Forza 2 players. Sign up in the academy section if interested.
THE TEAM AZZURRO DRIVING ACADEMY REQUIRES A 250,000CR SIGN-ON FEE. WHEN THE DRIVER HAS COMPLETED THE FULL COURSE HE/SHE WILL GET BACK THE 250,000CR PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING, IF THE DRIVER FAILS TO TURN UP OR DOESN'T COMPLETE THE COURSE, THE 250,000CR WILL BE KEPT AS A RESULT OF THE LACK OF COMMITMENT THE DRIVER HAS PUT TOWARDS THE T.A.D.A.
