StickyDilJoe - "Car Studio- The Definitive Collection."

Finally got into the gallery section! Haha...well I've been working diligently the past couple weeks to get this gallery section up because people have been asking me to get one going for awhile now. Let's start off with some of my favorite shots, and then I'll go into detail about some of my favorite work.....

Re: StickyDilJoe - "Car Studio- The Definitive Collection."

I won't bother posting too many pics of my older work because I know you guys came in here to see the more current stuff, but creating these liveries taught me alot of what you see in my work today...so I must pay homage to it...Here are a few of my favorites...

J's Racing S2000....This was my first livery I ever did besides the J's Civic...It looked a little crappier back then but I went back and fixed it after my hiatus from playing...

    The Earlier Work...

    Discount Tires Drift IS350

    Falken Japan/Trial 3S-GTE Powered Supra

Sears Auto 350Z...I was probably the first to do this car back then but soon after my Xbox crashed and some guy started posting pics of a car I sold him and claimed it to be his own work, not knowing that I intentionally altered the Falken logo so that I knew it was mine....

JIC Magic RX-8....this was my introduction to the Mazda series of cars as I really found a niche doing these cars and I was known as the RX7/RX8 guy before I was known as the widebody specialist....

The Bride cars... As a previous owner of Bride seats in real life, I thought it would be a good idea to do the Bride Integra R and I had a little fun with it and did two others and loved the way they came out....

Team Orange....I did all the Team Orange cars with the exception of the Evo but these two were my favorites...

Panspeed...I was the first one to do the line of Panspeed cars, from the older models all the way to the current ones you see here....

Sun Automobile Cyber Evo 2008...I wish I had known how to do widebody's when I did this because the actual car has the Voltex kit on it and it's an amazing car....

R-Magic RX-7 & RX-8...I loved doing these cars and the RX-7 made me a fortune...haha. If you know my work by now you'll know that this RX-7 later took on a dramatic transformation...

HKS Z500SC 350Z Demo car....Black front, chrome rear....

Ohlins Evo X....I did this car a week after the DLC came out and I loved the way it came out....

Screen Powers RX-7....This was such a rare car that I was glad that I was able to find pictures of it online. It's based off of the R-Magic car so the design is fairly similar. This FD is notable because it was my first attempt at widebody panels...the results for so-so, but you live and learn...

    "Beast Mode"....

Well this was definitely definitely a risk. I decided to do a line of cars that were purely fantasy and not based on any real cars. The design may have been iffy, but this line taught me everything I needed to know about creating widebody stuff. The Supra is the most notable one of the bunch but now that I look back at it, the panels don't even look that realistic... =P

My favorite of the bunch, I absolutely love this car...

Re: StickyDilJoe - "Car Studio- The Definitive Collection."

Current work/Prelude to "The Widebody Stuff"...

I took a 5-6 month hiatus inbetween making the Sears 350z and when all the DLC packs came out as I had other stuff going on and generally had no time to go on. Well when I came back I began to see people using gradients and shapes to manipulate body panels to make widebody pieces and vents, etc.
The "Beast Mode" stuff was all experimental stuff I was doing at the time after I created the Esprit NSX, which was my first attempt at doing fender flares. After the NSX, I went nuts and tried to do different style flares and fenders, which lead to the Spoon S2000 fenders....

Esprit NSX...I saw this car when I was working on the HKS Demo 350Z and knew that I had to do it...

The first design of the Spoon S2000....

I started getting some confidence in my ability to make body panels and the rest is history....

The Car Studio "Magic 7" and Top Secret G35/350GT...

I don't really know how it happened, but the "Magic 7" blew up....I had no idea it was gonna get the kind of reaction it did, but I was very pleased with the way it came out.

The Magic 7 is right up there as one of my best selling cars of all time, the other would have to be this 350GT I created as a fantasy version of the Top Secret G35. This car essentially put me "on the map" in terms of being recognized....

    "The Widebody Stuff"....

This is my most current work including some cars that the public has yet to even see...I had prepared these cars especially for the gallery and hopefully they will get released....Guess it really depends on the demand for them...

Car Studio Spoon S2000...This was pretty crazy...haha...very aggressive fender work, extreme ride height and demon camber...

Car Studio Powerhouse Amuse Widebody 350Z...I based this car off of the Amuse S2000 kit because Amuse has some pretty aggressive kits for their cars. Guess it came out pretty good cuz people started copying it (poorly I might add) and trying to make profit off my design...

Car Studio JUN Hyper Lemon Widebody WRX Sti....

Car Studio JUN Hyper Lemon Widebody Evolution 8 MR (UNRELEASED)... Can't have one without the other right?...haha...

Car Studio RE Amemiya FC3S RX7 (UNRELEASED).... Did this one just cuz I was bored...

Car Studio Power Enterprise Evolution 8 MR....

    Personal Cars.....

These are cars that I did for myself just for personal enjoyment....The Subaru's more because they're S204's and aren't readily available to everyone....

Car Studio Top Secret G35 Street Version (UNRELEASED)....This was the widebody from the 350GT applied to an Infiniti G35. I mainly did it to see how the kit would look in color and it came out great....Almost looks like a candy red widebody....

Car Studio Chargespeed Subaru S204 (Not For Sale)...This was the predecessor to the JUN Impreza you see above, I used the S204 as a base and applied what I knew to the JUN version.

Car Studio Blitz Subaru S204 (Not For Sale)....This is probably, by far, my favorite car I have done to date....I love the way it came out....strangely enough I had the widebody done on this car along time ago and just forgot all about it....

Car Studio Widebody Maserati Gran Turismo.... Just did this for fun...I like red cars...that is all..haha...

The 86's panels don't have any kind of natural pop to them so probably not, I couldn't come up with anything other then fender flares.... =P

Re: StickyDilJoe - "Car Studio- The Definitive Collection."

Car Studio Powerhouse Amuse R34 "R1 Dream"......These R34 shares many similar styling cues to the R1 350Z I created before it. I always had problems coming up with a theme or graphical layout for the R34 so I decided to just leave it a blank canvas that features the signature Car Studio aggressive bodyline style. Sometimes you don't need any graphics to make a car look mean....

Car Studio Trial Tuning Spirit Evolution X (UNRELEASED)....Just did this car for fun really...I saw an ad in a magazine for Volk Racing wheels and it featured the real life black Trial Evo X and I wanted to do something a little different since no kits are offered for the X ingame....so I added Car Studio fender flares...

Car Studio Project Mu IS350 Demo Car....I love IS350's and I love their stance in the game....I added the Car Studio fender flares which I had on the Beast Mode version of the IS350 and then made some custom one's for the front. I love the Project Mu theme and their colors too and I absolutely love the way this IS came out...

Car Studio "EuroMevius" by Project Mu Porsche 997 GT3 RS Demo Car....I have a whole collection of 997's in my garage but they don't really have anything too crazy on them so I decided to try to make a widebody kit for it. The lines of the Porsche or so round that it was hard to come up with anything until I saw the Warner Japan kit and the rest is history. I liked the PMU theme so much that I applied PMU's european line to change things up. Strangely enough, the graphics might actually take away from the bodywork....You really have to look at the car from every angle to see what's been changed/added.....

Car Studio Esprit Widebody Evolution X......I'm very pleased with the result. Went with the Esprit theme that was on their NSX demo car....Loved the colors and the layout so I decided to apply it to the Evo X with a twist... I really like how the panels came out because it makes the X look alot more aggressive. Too bad there aren't any kits for this car to truly set it off...

Car Studio Top Secret Widebody Porsche 997 GT3 RS....Well couldn't really do the Top Secret 996 because it just wouldn't look right without the custom headlights and what not so I decided to do the 997 GT3 RS. This GT3 features the same Car Studio widebody kit as the Euro Mevius GT3.

Car Studio Garage Defend Flared "Defend Supra"....I did this car becaues I had so much praise from the first Supra I did. This time around I did it a little different and went with flares instead and I love the final result. Not overly aggressive and fits the style of the other Garage Defend cars. Ended up winning the Week 45 Livery contest too, marking my 4th win in the competition.....

Re: StickyDilJoe - "Car Studio- The Definitive Collection."

Here's some work I've done for customers and other tuning shops...I'm still working on a couple for some other shops so I'll update as I go. These are mostly LE cars that I do for people that want to have Limited Editions for their tuning shops that they either auction off or give away in contests....

AutoArt "Nurburg-King" LE......I did this car for Bjohn23 and AutoArt Tuning....Basically a remake of the R-Magic RX-8 with AutoArt incorporated...I heard it was pretty quick around the Ring but then again I'm a terrible driver...

NOZracing/Madtunerz Car Studio LE....Did this for the Madtunerz camp and it is currently the only other RX-7 that has the Car Studio R-Magic Widebody kit other than the infamous "Magic 7"

More to come soon....If you would like some work done, I'm always open to offers and to see what you guys want me to work with.
