Team Points
Drivers can create teams! A team must have a minimum of 3 drivers to exist, but can have as many drivers as are wanted. Only 2 drivers will score points at a race meeting though. They must be nominated in that weeks race thread. It is not done through word of mouth. No nomination, no points! All nominations must be done by 19:00 CST / 01:00 GMT (UK) on race night
You can run as a Privateer, teams are not necassary. It only adds to the joy of the competition!
Letting team-mates through is ill advised because this 'team scoring' doesn't mean anything. It will only hurt your individual championship which is what the IFCA works off for this event. For team scoring however, choosing the right members to score points is down to team strategy!
Teams are frozen when sign up has closed. Once sign up has closed, you cannot switch teams.
Teams must run the same paintjob!
The points are based off the regular points, with the 2 drivers points adding together to create a team total, which is compared to others.
1st = 10pts (this will be adjusted if more than 10 teams)
10th = 1pt
You can drop the worst race result from your total, as per the actual series
LIVERY
To compete in IFCA events, we ask you to do a couple of things!
- have www.ifcaracing.com on all 4 sides of the car and the roof - this should be the largest advert on the car, but can be placed anywhere
- have your unique 2008 car number coloured black with a white background, situated on the 2 sides - on the driver and pasenger door pannels - the hood/bonnet, the rear and the roof
These are MANDATORY!

Details
- background to number -[Black Rounded Box = .72 x .52], [White Rounded Box = .70 x .50]
- numbers (style = Upper Letter 1, skewed to .30)
[2008 1 digit number = .40 x .30], [2008 2 digit number = .30 x .30], [2008 3 digit number = .24 x .30])
Location - on sides of doors, it should be positioned in the center of the driver/passenger door, just below the window line
Teams - you must run the same livery as your team-mates, then we can associate you within race highlights and in graphics!

ADDITIONAL INFO
Out of 8 rounds, your best 7 results will count. This means you can miss a round if you want, or suffer a lagout and not be punished
You are required to have a microphone. How can we communicate otherwise?!
It is recommended you save Replays. This may help rectify disputes.
If a driver lags-out within the first 3 laps, then a restart can take place.
You CANNOT cut corners. PERIOD. Racing is done on the track only. Cuts for that weeks track will be highlighted, and race footage will be reviewed on replay. Anyone caught cutting will face anything from a time penalty, grid penalty or DNF's. Click here to learn more!
Race highlight packages will be made and hopefully shown on LagTV!
Cars will be scrutinised at random. If your car does not match the specified build, your race result is void!! No exceptions
PENALTIES
If any driver is deemed to be infringement of the rules, or shows careless or dangerous driving, he will recieve either penalty points, race exclusion, series exclusion, Championship exclusion or permanent Expulsion. Each case will be considered based on actions and previous history. How the IFCA deals with a situation is down to its own discretion.
You all know how to race fair and clean - make us not have to use any of the above mentioned - racing standards here, read them!
CONNECTIONS
Your connection is YOUR responsibility. It is highly recommended to get your NAT to appear OPEN (found on your dashboard). If you cannot connect properly on race day, then it will not be delayed. Conflictions with other racers preventing access to rooms will need to be sorted by those in question, and those 1 or 2 racers will need to sort their problems, or they will not be allowed to race. The person with the better qualifying will be allowed to race, as long as he does not conflict with others. It is strongly recommended to get online 30 mins before race time to work out any connection problems
This guide may help you sort your NAT problems
RACE OFFICIALS
If you have any questions or queries regarding any aspect of the series, these guys are the ones to see! Either PM them on the forum or send them a message on XBL. Don't send a friends request - it won't be excepted if we don't know you, or we don't have room. A message will be read though!

Communication is key! Even with cosmetic damage, chances cannot be taken that will risk other drivers. No-one's race should be ruined by someone elses mistake.
