For the opening week only, #1 will start today. However #2 will start on the 9th of June and the entry deadline will happen on a Saturday.

Deadline: Friday 6th of June at 11:59pm

Rules

1. The entered picture must be taken by YOU and not just found on the net.
2. Only one photograph per person and per weekly contest allowed
3. You may NOT change your photograph once it has been entered.
4. Your image must be a resolution of 1024*768 or lower. If it is not, your picture will not be in the voting thread.
5. Each photographer cannot vote for their own photo, they must vote for others
6. The picture should get submitted with: the subject matter, the date, and the type of camera.
7. Levels, Curves, Colour Balance, Brightness/Contrast, Hue/Saturation, cropping, or anything else capable in the development process or with filters and common special lenses are allowed to use in Photoshop or other image editing softwares. Other adjustments and effects are not allowed to use in your picture.
8.No HDR shots allowed

Note: These rules are the same as a Photography competition found on Apex Automotive.

Hmm, to enter or not to enter that is the question...

I got myself a shiny new Olympus E410 the other day, never actually used an DSLR before (Never really would've got into it had I not go into photography in Forza) I'm eager to try it out on something decent.
The problem though, is that there's nothing around that can actually make a good photo! I can't exactly duck down to the city and go into a Ferrari dealership either...

Might end up being a driveway shot!

Well, as I said, it's a driveway shot for me!

We NEVER get rain in Brisbane. 'Rain' in Brisbane, attracts strange pointing motions and curious, inquisitive remarks regarding its existence, which to some, remains unconfirmed.
So, since I live in 'sunny' Queensland, I wouldn't have thought trying to get a pic in 3 days would be that hard, turns out, it has now been pouring with this funny liquid stuff for... 3 days.


Anyway, finally got to try out my camera properly, even if it was whilst trying take take a shot with wind blowing every which direction and trying to hold and camera and an umbrella at the same time!
