This season is all about you, The Driver and what YOU want to race.

In this season each weeks races will be created by everyone participating in this series.  As the Entry positions get filled you will be offered a chance to create a race.

This Season we will see who can adapt to various elements handed to them...


What will be needed of you.

You must choose the car and PI - Cars can be Stock or all have the same build.
You must choose the Track for your chosen week. ***
You must show up !!!

Long tracks will be run with 25 laps
Short tracks will be run with 50 laps
And if anyone chooses the Ring 6 laps will be run..

Build your car to any SPEC's you want

But what track?? or tracks???
Hmmm... perhaps it maybe a surprise!!!
Or... maybe its going to be a collaboration of everyone favorite tracks with in this series...
OR MAYBE ITS 10 LAPS ON THE RING !!! Nahhhh....

Rules and Regulations.

- First and formost, This is a clean series.  We all understand accidents happen.

- Each driver must use car chosen for said race.

- Tcs and ASM usage will be denied

- Drivers may paint there car any way they want, but must have Number on car.

- There will be one manditory Pit durring each race. Each driver must call out when they pit.  It would be nice for another driver to state that the said person who has claimed they pitted, Has pitted.

- On race day, There will be 3 open restarts if nesscary.
A restart can ONLY be called for if you have damage anywhere on your car.

- If there is a major pile after the first 5 laps up ALL CARS WILL STOP WHERE THEY ARE, Damages will be assesed and the WHOLE GROUP will retire to the pits and have there damages repaired. Following the pitts there will be a stand still start in the order the pack was in before the crash.

On Race Day.

- Room(s) will open at 9:30pm EST and invites will be sent.

- There will be practice runs on said track till 10:00 EST.

- At 10:00 EST there will be one last free run of 5 laps.

- Following the free run, there will be a 5 lap no damage qualifying run.

- The driver with the fastest lap time will gain the pole position. 2nd fastest, 2nd starting position, 3rd... so on and so forth.

- There will be a pace lap so tires can be warmed and drivers can get in position.

- On the pace lap, as all drivers come around the final corner to the START line, we will run at 70 MPH.  It is the responsibility of the Pole position driver to tell everyone to GO!!! GO!!! GO!!! as they cross the START line.  As soon as the Pole Position yells GO!!! GO!!! GO!!! All drivers may go full speed.

think i would like to try this. how late does this amount of racing usually last? sounds like alotta laps and starts pretty late.

you know I'm in!!   Will figure out the rest later once I actually read all that in the OP lol

EDIT:  ok so I've read it all now..  I'm working on a series myself right now.. and I might bring one of those cars into this for a test run.. 68 Barracuda, 68 GTO, 69 Camaro Z28, 69 Charger and 70 Boss 302. All cars between 950 and 1100 hp

once all the tracks and car combos are set... ill put them in the best order i feel would work for this series and then... well.. practice my ass off !!!

As for the series your working on your self ? what day is it ? and is it all classic muscle cars ???

1000HP, no TCS or STM on King Cobra would be such a bad combo lol.
I'm thinking something maybe country and bodyshape orientated with a PI limit around 800.
Will have a look tonight when I've got a bit of time now I have all the unicorns

nahh lol I couldnt do that to my worst enemy..  If I do use one of those cars it would be on an oval.. Are nearly impossible to drive on a road course with no TCS, ABS or STM lol

lol to be honest I've done that many times while testing those cars. On Motegi coming out of 4 under full throttle with all cars, they try to slide out on you.. Many times have I done that then instead of backing off.. keeping it floored and after 5-8 wiggles trying to save it..  into the wall I go lol

Drifter... Whats so confusing ??? in this series... instead of us all choosing a different car and racing and building it through the series... each week is going to be different... and user created... So... lets say on week one... i choose a :
Mitsu FTO and a specific build that gets to B700 - ill post the build so everyone can copy it.
and i choose, Road Atlant short... so we race that FTO on Road Atlanta Short.

Someone else chooses the next race... car, Stock car, Spec Build or just a set PI for us all to get to and then choose a track.

I think I'm going to run on Twin Ring Motegi.. High powered oval racin.. Will be either with a 950+hp classic muscle car or a newer one from todays times.  So If you want.. can mark down TRM for week um.. 3  and I'll get the car info in soon.

And for a car prise..  Gearbox has an Endless racing car series.. will be 10 cars total when complete..  I could talk to one of the members and see about getting a deal on 8 of them for prises here.  Whatcha think?

gecko... races usally last about 45min - 1 hour... plus all the random stuff before hand...
