Am I Banned?

Turn 10, im not aloud to auction cars or gift cars. I barely ever sells cars on their, last time i sold 1 was a integra about 2 weeks ago. I dont really care if i banned from it, well i do because i need to gift a paintjob to my teammates but i just wanna know why im banned. If im banned this is.

Ok, now ive realised when i go 2 search 4 races that dont work either, nothing is found.
