Can you use a car you put a turbo on?

No, it must be turbocharged when stock.  Or else you could use almost any car in the game :)

How to tell if it comes with turbo: go to engine upgrades>intercooler. If the intercooler increases HP, than you know its got a turbo already

True, I have all the cars, but I gift the prize cars to friends who lack photo/ paint skills to win their own cars. And I made the mistake of telling someone I will give them a car from the Euro comp win, then I realized it's probably from now on that first, second, and third place get cars.

I'm off to let that person know they won't be driving a 360 CS tonight. Poor, poor him. lol

btw Hira can have my winnings since apparently he tied for 3rd.
