Awsome, its good to hear from turn 10 again.  It's good to have the stream of information back in action.  I hope that next week is some information for the people who are already fans.  Doesn't have to be specific but just information on whether there are even new cars, tracks, or even new features (not for the scoreboard)!

Good to hear about the scoreboard filtering!  I was just in a thread where that came up yesterday.  Should be neat!

Re: The Turn 10 Weekly Pitpass Report - 1/11/2008

    Good report this week.

I welcome the news about the scoreboarf filter. Sounds like there will be different options. Filtering out the Multiplayer scores is the best option because this will eliminate the drafted scores and the other scores that someone was drafting and got a fast start on a new lap without the drafting sign showing up. The drafted times in Exhibition are not a problem to the scoreboard as these times are for just a second or so when the race starts. What's amazing about this is how do some of the racers keep from getting a drafted time when starting from the 4th position.

The drafters can keep their times in their own scoreboard. lol

Another good point in the report is that this Official ForzaMotorsport forum is only about 10% of all the Forza players.

That means when someone posts something about what people want in Forza and try to say that most people want it, they can only refer to 10% of the whole Forza community.

I know this comment won't go over well. I think the parental controls should be connected to the auction houses as well as to online races. You have every age from 6-58. I don't think you should banned people just make parents and navie people pay more attention. So people who have adult artwork want to have a private race or people want to race them offline should get banned for gifting cars with such artwork.

Are there more downloads on the way or do we have to wait for forza 3?

Merely racing in a private room, with friends or offline will not get you banned.  Selling inappropriate stuff publically will.   Those who don't get the difference deserve to lose their AH privlages.

Re: The Turn 10 Weekly Pitpass Report - 1/11/2008

Adding a filter to the scoreboards is all well and good but what about installing a decent search engine into the forum software - the current one is awful and rarely works that way you want it to. Most of the time I have to resort to Google to find and forum post/thread!
