I have a question.  Why can't Forza 2 have some of the same vehicles that are in PG4???  For example: BMW M5, Saleen mustang, All the Ruf Porsches and the list goes on?  Is it possible for us to see cars like this for future download or not?  I'm glad to hear about the upcoming track release, cant wait!

Re: The Turn 10 Weekly Pitpass Report - 10/12/2007

All right! I am a winner! Or should I say a lucky draw. Doesn't matter, I am happy I can get a a new car. Those hotlap challenges are tough. For me getting into the top 10 is a pretty tall order because there are some FAST people playing this game. Oh well, I will keep trying.

Good luck with the update. I hope this one goes smoothly.

Che you mentioned that people where making some good guesses about the new track. Is it safe to assume then that some of us have guessed correctly? Perhaps you could tell us what tracks aren't going to be DLC.

    EX.
    -no drag strip
    -no point to point
-no Top Gear test track (this one baffles me as to why anyone would want it. But to each his own.)

See, you could widdle down the list so people could stop asking for stuff they know isn't coming.

The new tourny's sound good and so do the guides. Any word on the leaderboard filtering?

    Thanks for the PP.

Where can I find a list of cars that came with the Limited Edition, and the Unicorn cars?

    Nevemind I found it.

The Nissan R390 in hotlapping for the tourney qualifier is fine. Can't wait to see what happens in Turn 1 with a track full of them.                 Surprise [:O]

So, it's a real world track, eh? That certainly helps our guesses!

    10/22 cannot come fast enough.

Re: The Turn 10 Weekly Pitpass Report - 10/12/2007

Nice PP once again, really got me excited about this new track....cant wait. :)

Also, taking privelages away like being able to post laptimes on the scoreboard sounds like a really good thing.

Also, concerning the 'user created' tornaments and how they will feature in the tournament section, does this mean they'll appear for anyone to join in the tourney section of the game or have I misread it? I would love to get my JGTC series onto this. Season 1 is nearly over and its been nailbiting stuff all the way through, hasnt it Flying Scot? ;)

    *thinks back to Sebring* ;)

All in all, thanks for putting me in a good mood on this dull, rainy british Saturday morning! :)

This is really pathetic. The "track" is finished and ready to go to cert but yet they still refuse to even provide us with the location. Theres no other reason they would do this other than trying to build some excitement around what will be 1 new track. Game development,Car lists,Track lists etc are released months prior to the games release but not telling us of a DLC track which is done and complete, priceless.

Re: CAPPING THE NUMBER OF TIMES WE CAN WIN. First off I think this is nuts, but if your minds are set on this - I hope you are intending on setting out precise rules and guidelines in this area. A lot of us, myself included, spend hours often days (in total hours) painting cars. Taking the photo of the car can take a couple more hours and then loading it onto a free host and linking it back to here takes up more time. Time I'd much rather spend doing something else, if I knew I wasn't in for winning. I'm sure I speak for all of us who revel in your FM2 paint program when I say, your weekly competitions mean a lot to us. It's something I look forward to and I am proud to have been included in the winning 10 a number of times. However if I am entering painted cars into a competition that are clearly a cut above the rest and not getting a mention, I am going to be pissed and probably not bother in the future. What ever you do - do it right. You have given us the ability to contribute to a video game and it's community in ways only previously available to the PC gamer. Don't screw it up. (It's been bad enough having our paints ripped off from the AH etc. and maintaining interest.) Thanks, Kartman

Yeah,I'm a bit upset about this too. With guys like Kartman doing awesome things, the other painters have to push their limits too to win, wich brings the overall quality of paintjobs up.

Re: The Turn 10 Weekly Pitpass Report - 10/12/2007

Ditto to both Kartman & De Glekke...c'mon T10 you either have a proper competition which goes on quality of the work or you just have a weekly gallery which includes new work regardless of how much time & effort has been put in...if you go down the latter route then where's the incentive for us to spend daft amounts of hours creating something which is technically perfect or original?

Sometimes some of your idea's on how to make things right or "fair" just don't make a lot of sense.
