Give this a try. 126 total laps of testing. I managed 00:44.412 and then my thumbs exploded.

Notes: The Delta is a good car. Tsukuba demands a solid suspension setup so you can remain off the brakes in the speed sections. And after 100+ laps it's a harsh ride to say the least. Front differential lock can be dialed out if/when you are absolutely confident about turn speeds. I think of that 5% as a "guardian angel". You hit the limit and the car will tell you, so you can bring the nose back in line with a slight lift off throttle. Without that 5%...well, you better have your rosary beads handy.

I keep getting dominated by this car on Tsukuba short. Could anyone give me some hints as to how to tune the car for B class, or what kind of ways to modify it. Do people do only power upgrades or mostly handling?

You want to exploit the light curb weight and AWD. You want the car to enter and exit the last turn at speed, without requiring braking. Tskuba has a very smooth surface so stiff springs and conservative damping will help in addition to moderate front and rear ARB adjustments. The short wheelbase means the car will turn in easily.

I'll try to put together a starter build for you this evening.
