Edit: I saw someone mention the first track was a Honda test track, so that would make it Twin Ring Motegi.

New cars look amazing, i love them, i really wanted a classic Miura and a Challenger, but you guys deliver even better with those cars plus the concepts! and the Porsche GT3 RS is lovely too! i can wait to download them.

I hope the tracks arrive soon too, they are much needed.

These guys were also the first people in the world outside of Turn 10 to run hotlaps (with the new car pack, no less) on our first DLC track in all its various ribbon configurations.


Does this mean there is only going to be one track with 2 or 3 variations? I hope this is not the case. I think most people would like to have 2 or 3 completely different tracks.

Road America and Spa
VIR and Brands Hatch
Monza and Lime Rock Park
Fuji and Le Mans
Blue Mountain and Alpine Valley
Point to point and a drag strip

I realize that you need to get the licensing for real tracks and the bigger the track the longer the build/test time, but this is a Microsoft product. Money should never be an issue. Start with licensing the best tracks and work your way down the list.
I think we are going to get either Twin Ring or Valencia. Neither is very exciting but it is better than nothing.

We understand that by doing this we have now removed a large number of players from the tournament who were accidentally bumped into the first round, and want to apologize for this error. If you are one of these players then be advised that we will be contacting you in the near future with a little something for your troubles..

Do we email someone at turn 10 if we got bumped out or they will some how contact us seeing it showed my in the backets before and now it doesn't i was really hopeing to race but i had a feeling something was wrong seeing i missed the bar by a few secs

So what is the new track? I assume it is public knowledge since it was shown at TGS so could someone please share that info with us?

im pretty sure the new track is twin ring motegi, it makes perfect sense. goto japan let them try the new track (a japanese track no less) and if you've played gt4, theres 3 variants and a oval. i'm just hoping they release the nurburgring f1 track and make it so we can do the near 16 mile track...

Completely Overanked at 11th in the world, but i'll take it :)

I have a question about the dlc's.  Will  there ever be a dlc for a drag stirp??  That would open the game up way more rather than adding cars.  I'm not trying to sound upgrateful or anything.  I'm happy that your adding more muscle cars to the game like the challenger (new and old).  If there isnt a dlc for this game will it be on forza 3??

honestly the dlc made me really happy (Challangers) but u coulda come out with it a little earlier because ill forget that it ever existed because i have other plans for who knows how long cough cough Halo 3 cough
p.s. me and many other people want a drag strip too

Just wanted to let all of you know that, just for your information, the song is called "Thunderstruck" not "Thunder Stuck". Minor typo, but to some die-hard AC/DC fans, it's just not right :-) Keep up the amazing work though!

The new car downloads are really cool, only thing is when you post a new hot lap record with one of them the Online Scoreboard displays the car type as -Unknown- , will this be fixed?

 

 

i hope that there is the TRACK DLC in this week end..
