Mod Edit: What started off as a request (see below) by Cobra N for a Forza faceplate has turned into a nifty little contest to outdo each other's Forza Motorsport 2 faceplates for Xbox 360. Somewhere in the middle of the thread, forum contributor "audioeric" posted his original rendition of a Forza Motorsport 2 Xbox 360 faceplate in a thread. "I had some free-time in between meetings, so I made this... I'm sure that there are much more artistically inclined people out there," says audioeric ever-so-humbly. Well, this gave me an idea -- for all those of you who are more artistcally inclined, why not head on into this thread and submit your very own Forza Motorsport 2 Xbox 360 faceplate? Then Turn 10 will arbitrarily pick a winner. I'll close the thread after there's been enough entries. Winner's prize is TBD. Disclaimer: I cannot guarantee that the winner will have their faceplate actually created or manufactured. If you win, you're a winner. Revel in your victory and feel good about it.

Original Post: Che I know this isn't your guys areas, but please, please get onto the marketing types and get them to produce a good Forza 2 faceplate - That would be awesome!

I agree, the PGR3 faceplate was awesome, and I would still love to have one of those..  But I'm not going to spend $75 on ebay :-)  This thing is sweet though, and it's by far the best looking faceplate around :-)  Here's a pic of it for those who might not have seen it.  This is the one they had up for auction for charity, signed by the team....

hey and maybe you (Che) can talk  to whoever you would talk to, and see if we can vote on a winner and actually have a real faceplate made with the winner's design.

I was so excited about Che's post, I didn't read his last 2 lines.

I'm going to start making one when I get off of work in 4 hours. Does anyone know where a template can be found? Possibly a photoshop file with a layer with just the buttons and drive on it?

Thanks!!  If anyone needs the template for the FacePlate, let me know..  Che if you want to host it, let me know..  I got it from Teamxbox.com, so I'm not sure if there are any issues that way...  If you guys can't host it, I'll use putfile.com or something...

I love the use of the ring light eric, that is absolutely amazing.  While I'm not a huge CF fan, it looks good on that face plate... I would certainly buy it.  Would make a great "collector's edition" box addition as well.
