Ok I see this forum will be going on for a while so I better add my 2 cents.
Ive read so many pages of peoples comments and agree with most of you except with some on the traction control etc.... Rules a always changing in F1 and motorsport somtimes its hard to keep up with it all.
But I am a all motorsport fan.. but will have to swing towards F1 only for the history, Teams budgets (toyota $500million fffaaaarr kkkkk) So much hard work goes into the F1 cars the only problem I think all will agree F1 has got a little to political. Its all about whos playing tennis with who on the weekend sort of ***.......relationships a big in F1, 2007 shaw did show us that. But I found the championship starting to go a bit pear shapped since 2 or 3 teams a totally dominating the whole championship all the time...gets a bit boring.
Champ cars and indy cars arnt as popular in Australia correct me if Im wrong , even thou we host 1 of the races at surfers paradise(my home town ) the T.V coverage can put a dark shadow on sports.
If you dont have pay t.v your stuck with whatever is going.... and when your at a young age growing up around motorsport you tend to swing to the monority.
We arent that privelaged this year because they stopped broadcasting on local t.v of the champ car series ( I may be wrong ,publicity started to grow around Will Power so they started to look at showing the races again). I just think its good that we a graced with a good variety of motorsport these days. But I LOVE F1, JAPAN"s SUPERCARS, and special rally championships like DAKAR, PIKES PEAK(spelling) BUT WITH TRACTION CONTROL TAKIN OFF THIS YEAR IN F1 AND NEW GEARBOX SHOULD PROVIDE SOME GOOD RACING CAUSE AS SOMEONE SAID ON PAGE 5 VETERAN F1 DRIVERS A GOING TO HAVE FUN HEHEHE. ???????? No One like A1 racing ????????????
Have a close look

we wish!!!!!

Just a random !!!
