What to do with this team..........XTI's Demise?

Just thought I'd ask about what todo with my online team. I'm looking for opinions and assistance based on experience. Please read on 'cuz you may be able to help.

A year ago I started playing Forza2 on Live. I worked hard completing the campaign so I'd have some good cars for online. Eventually as I played online races and got some friends I finally 1 month ago thought to make a racing team and make Forza a bit more fun.

So I got together with my friends and we made a team, XTI Racing. After recruiting about 10 people things started going sour.

At first people were irresponsive to their own team, and didn't seem to have much interest. Understandable for people on a new team where things  aren't cut and dry yet.

As things continued I decided to weed out our non-devoted members, and try to keep those who were devoted. But it was too late, two of the better members chose to leave the team for varying issues, both included the other members.

So now I'm stuck with a odd roster of away people and a couple devoted members. I guess its time you all just said I told you so. (When I started I was gaurenteed failure, or mostly undevoted members.)

Go ahead and say I told you so. But now I ask those with experience what should I do next?

I have a short list of ideas here. Don't go and flame me becuase of my teams failure. I want constructive critisisim.

    1) Disband Team
    2) Eliminate un devoted members, continue with small # of devoted members.
    3) Start a new team, and tranfer devoted members to it.
    4)Join another team.

I really enjoy the concept of online race teams and wish to continue playing online as part of a team. I just don't know what to do at this point with what I have. So if you've had experience with failed teams, pass on the wisdom.

    Tough choice.

Never had my own team but have been in situations like you describe. Sometimes all it needs is another one or two members with the same vision as yourself to drive things forward.

I was lucky to eventually find somewhere where i fit in. Would seem a shame to disband your baby, but its your choice. Good luck Apache.
