 I do want everyone to check it out, FERS has been growing recently, and several of your new members ran in a "Practice" race last night. This is a very competitive series. Last night when we ran the practice race, we gave away nearly 2 million Credits in prizes to the top three racers. No one knows what our winners on Sunday will recieve. we are anticipating a full room. If needed, we will run two rooms. Full details on the series are posted on our Groups Page.

 They are all  Sprinter Trueno A-850 class cars, they have the RENTaRacer logo on the side and the AE86 Class logo on the car too. Our League website is also on the cars.

b)    Engine swaps prohibited

B.  Rated horsepower from 201-299,

C.  All Race Platform/Handling parts installed

D.  Curb weight less than 1800 lbs pounds

II.   Body Work

A.  Rear Wings Optional

1.   *No Other Body Work Allowed*

III. Wheels and Tires

A.  16 inch rims

B.  225 Width Tire

C.   AVON Racing Tires

IV.Paint

A.   Personal choice

1.   As long as it doesn’t conflict with Microsoft’s Terms or Service or General Rules! *See General Rules

Hello everyone who may be interested in this type of a racing series. GOV here, and Im just bumping by to let you know abit about the types of things we have in store for all of our series and about this series in particular.

We ( myself/ Viper 1E/ and Fox ) have been working on these series for almost a year now developing the cars/divisions.
Our original intention was to create a diverse group of cars that would run closely in the divisions that were created.
So far feedback has been very favorable for most , if not all of the racing.

this latest series is one created by Fox to have a Spec race of the Toyota Sprinter Trueno in A850 class. as he said check out the website or goto the AH and try one out and come race with us.

this first car is just one of many we are building for the eventual GTS class of cars, and we have a few more different cars built already. The goal is to try to level the playing field and use cars that are not the same ( LB ) as everywhere else. It basically has less freedom of building and depends more on the tuning and MOST importantly driver skills.

We are always happy to help out new drivers and look forward to good clean and mature racing in all of our race types.

We also give away both credits and cars from time to time, but you gotta be there to race and win.
This last week alone over 10 million in credits and cars were given away to many lucky members.

almost forgot , in the 50 lap race we paid out 50k per point to the top 6 places and gave away two cars from AG tuning to the top 2 racers (props to OldManDNO for the great job selling for AG , he is doing the new job like an old pro)

The total prize pool was over 2 MILLION for that race on sunday alone!!

You never know who or what is going to get or give something out next.

Our Second Race will be at Suzuka.... although there will be some further review, and the race might be conducted only on the East side of Suzuka. This is largely due to the length of the full Suzuka circuit.

    If we do run the Eastern portion of the track only, then traffic will be an issue. this will add to the excitement of our next race. there will be further posts with updates. this race will take place on July 28th at the same time as the first race.

 we are looking for some new entires. Its not too late to get up in points.

UPDATE----

              Race 2 will be held at Suzuka Circuit EAST. After doing several laps on both EAST and Full Suzuka circuits the Full Circuit is too long for this class. I would have perfered to run on Suzuka West but with the pits closed on the West Circuit we are unable to run an endurance race there.

                        Track - Suzuka Circuit East
                        Length - 1.39 miles
                          Laps - 50
                          Class - AE86 GT Spec
                            Car - Toyota Sprinter Trueno
                    Pi Rating - A-850
   Benchmark lap time - 0.52.500

*Don't forget if you have a Pi Penality from last race, make the adjustment for your tuning accordingly*

th racing was really close, but we had surprisingly few incidents. just god racing with good drivers in fun cars.

so you aren't making it on tonight GOV? I wanted to run my PUMA AE86 against you on Suzuka East... lol :)  The benchmark is now under 0.52.000. I recommend drivers to run a 0.50.000 - 0.51.500 to be competitive. if you can run faster congrats.
