While times dont lie, if you are looking for a good tune, don't just shun the many, many top tunes provided on the TM. This list is purely meant as a guideline of possible times and tunes, not as a sales method.]
DISCLAIMER!! - Obviously this list is incomplete, will need updating. Please I need help finding info/links to cars such as all of the 52 second A850 cars. Also B, C and D class cars. Also please no controversy, i just want this to be a resource for everyone to find the cars proven to be the fastest on the TM. Leave your opinions at the door!
I've been wanting to do this for a while. The marketplace is sort of cluttered, and it's difficult to sift through and find the "hidden gems" of the tuning marketplace. So I want to make a thread that showcases the fastest tunes being sold (maybe not the best, but the fastest. Really great tunes can be on cars that just aren't competitive).
Everyone has their opinion on what tune is the best, but in general, laptimes don't lie. So in order for a car to make it on this list, it has to be able to get Top 50 lap times. For certain classes this can be extended somewhat due to S998 Saleen S7's and B700 mugen integras and whatnot, but for the most part Top 50 will be the cutoff. Also, if the fastest driver in the game only manages to get like #49 or something, that probably won't count. I will use some level of judgment when making this list.
So, if you have bought or are selling a car that gets Top 50 scoreboard times (preferably not TT's), then post the info here. If the same garage has made multiple cars that place in the Top 50 on the same tracks, I will most likely only post the fastest car, maybe top 2 fastest. If multiple garages make the same car, I will try to discern which is the fastest. If its too close to call I will post both.
I also want to create a section for tsukuba specific evos and 22bs, and also a section for free tunes regardless of times.
If you can't do any of the following below, at least just post a link to the sales thread. Thanks!
