Care to inform me what I don't know of "all of your fords history"? I'm not starting "drama". Just interested in your opinion.

Homie? Hahaha. Everyone knows that the stock Mustang is far superior to the other muscle cars but If you want to look at real drag racing than I'm sure you have heard of John Force(You know; the 15 time world champion) and his family of Ford drag racing racers. Ford still wins on the strip... even in cars that are not stock.
Find me one Ford part on a John Force car. The engines are (if I remember correctly) hemi's, so thats Chrysler. The chassis is a custom tube chassis. Transmission is what.... Lenco maybe? Not sure, but I know it aint Ford. So Ford is only faster when the only Ford part is the badge... yup, such a good company...

Corvettes don't count.
Typical. Not a fan of the F-body handling, but the new Camaro... if you say it doesn't handle, you haven't driven one. The newer mustangs do handle well from what I've read in Car and Driver as I've never driven one personally. There's a reason Corvette's don't count. Because if they did, they'd win. Wow homie your funny 'cause you also don't know all of your fords history,... what ever man peace.
You haven't provided any proof yet. Remember the Fox bodies? The old Cobra Jet? And you haven't seen the new Cobra Jets have you?

That is if you don't count the ocasional GT500 vs. Vette which is only to see how far the Stangs have come. Mustang can't handle? Who said that?

Wow really well homie where did the "ORIGINAL" 302ci engine come from? Ooh and who copied it in 1968-1969? I have been building all engines of the big three most of my life. Yo one thing i have found out you can make more power with a Chevy small block than a ford small block. Point and case proven when you stroke a Chevy 307ci block with a 400 crank & rod 30 over that makes a 346ci. When you stroke a ford 302ci with a 400 crank & rods 30 over that makes a 347ci. Chevy 346ci makes about 50 more hp and over 80tq over the ford 347ci,... (best kept secret). Yo homie i have not even started on Trans Am, Drag Racing, or even the Rolex. There is so much you YOUNG ford guys dont know. So if you want any info on Chevy or ford "HISTORY" hit me up i can give as many book titles to read as you want, Oooh and engine building small and big blocks books and you will read it's better to build a Chevy. And for that cobra jet coment old & new, don't forget the ZL-1 Camaro old & new beating up on them cobra jets. And running with the Hemi's.

Corvette is an American super car. Compared to everything else, it's just a really fast sports car. Corvettes and Mustangs are VERY different, considering they're in different classes of cars. I absolutely love the Corvette ZR1 (New and old) and I love almost all the mustangs (Not the ugly ones from the 80's-90s. Those aren't Mustangs.) There is a huge difference between the two, but very very VERY well made vehicles.

Advantage Ford has on Chevy's? Ford's don't go in just a straight line. Most Chevys aren't designed for racing. Whereas you take a look at Mustangs... there's a billion Mustang race cars. Corvettes don't count. I do like Chevy more, but I'm just a fan of their speed and looks. Not how they handle in a race.
And this is why the Ford is running away bawling from a challenge at the Nurburgring I assume (new GT500 vs ZL1)? Because they will win? Shows a lot of faith in your product when you won't run it against it's competitor...

You can make 1200hp all day long, but can you get that horsepower to the ground and USE it? Probably not.

I can show you some videos if you'd like of LSx cars pushing that much, and using it quite well.

Ford all the way, no contest. Reasons? Escort Cosworth Sierra Cosworth RS200 Corvettes are great performers (especially these days) but the Ford rally cars are just something else. Totally love 'em.

Who made the first affordable and best selling pony car? And considering the Chevy engines are normally bigger in displacment, it's no surprise they make more power. In Grand Am, the Mustangs have been dominating and won several races in their first seasons. It took the Camaro two seasons before they finally won. Drag racing the Mustangs have been always doing well (As shown with the other video) and even the 444HP Boss Mustang can make 11's just with drag radials. Last time I checked Ford hasn't done Rolex. The Cobra Jet is a not street legal purpose built drag racer running 9' and 10's, there is no way the ZL1 can beat that being a street car.(The new COPO Camaro is the new purpose built drag racer). The new ZL1's aren't even out yet. Anyway, I found an interesting article about the 650HP GT500 that's coming out. SVT's motivation was the Boss, not the ZL1. Infact they had thought the ZL1 was cancelled at the time. The Boss was so close to the GT500, so that's why the GT500 got all of these upgrades. http://mustangsdaily.com/blog/2011/12/05/svt-boss-the-boss-302-was-the-motivation-for-the-2013-shelby-gt500-not-the-camaro-zl1/
