wow THQ confirmed they dropped GTR for stuntmant and juiced? who is in charge there? i hope simbin can find someone who cares about good racing games.

They appeal more to the 'casual' gamers - the ones who bring most of the $$$. But still, Juiced 1 was $*!T (although Juiced 2 looks better) and Stuntman is..........um - not that great.

Give us GTR!!!

What about Forza 2 - that's a sim racer. Sure, it's not as hardcore or realistic as GTR, but it's still a hardcore sim.

But I would really like to see GTR also!!!

two worlds looks cool, but obviously most anticipated is forza man. its the only game lol... also im anticipating  All Pro football 2k8

lol, part of me agrees with this and the other is trying to get back in my head after being shoved out these last few months because of Forza 2.

I'm fed up of the overdone shooty mass-market games now. There are waaay too many games out there with 'rap' gangster types on it or games that encourage people to bloodgeon their friends to death with bats or whatever.

Racing games encourage healthy competition and don't involve guns death or mindless violence....I guess thats why they arent as popular.

I can't wait till Forza, GTR and the rest. Bring it on!!!

GTR had better come out, i've been lookin forward to it for ages now, there's nothing quite like the sense of accomplishment u feel from just finishing a race in a game like GTR, let alone winning, bring it on!...  plz.....

The only reason I had hesitation to choose the xbox 360 instead of the PS3 was because I did'nt think that GTR would come out for it. I've played all of the GTR games and fully beaten 3, and 4. When I first got my PS2 I was so happy, and GTR3 came with it, I got really interested in the REAL life racing simulators. And I was at the age of 9 when I got my PS2, now I beat almost everyone that challenges me in any racing game because of the expirience I got from GTR.

GTR is GTR not GT which Gran Turismo. GTR is way way hardcore comapred to GT. Do a search, try the computer version demo...

The fact that you thought we were talking about Gran Turismo the whole time as a hardcore racing simulator made me ROFL really, really hard. The game were talking about is the GTR series made by Simbin for the PC.
