Great work. I really like the Orca variations and the weathered M1 in particular. Did the weathered version drop from your storefront for a while? I looked a few weeks back and I think I only found the clean one.

I was taking a break from Forza when they released that, I think that Drizze assumed I would put the weathered version up on my storefront but I wasn't around, so only the clean version got released initially. Both copies are on my storefront now though. Big Smile

Awesome blues. I'm loving that Aussie Jaguar you made Stick out tongue.

P.S. how do you hyperlink without creating that orange/purple border?

    Re: bigbluesd's FM3 Showroom

Not sure what you mean... you shouldn't have a border around them when you link. Do you have a link to a post that you can show me where it's happening?

    Re: bigbluesd's FM3 Showroom

I think it's a firefox thing... I keep seeing orange/purple borders around hyperlinked pics, I'll post one to show what I mean:

    sig9

On my screen, that has a purple border 2-3 pixels wide. Needless to say, it's annoying to make a hyperlinked gallery look good with these borders everywhere.

    Re: bigbluesd's FM3 Showroom

Hmmmm... that's really odd. It has the border on my screen also but my photos don't. Maybe it has something to do with the way that you insert the photo and link in the FM.net editor?

I normally insert just the photo by hand using [ img ] tags, then go back and use the link tool in the FM.net editor to make the link. So my code would look like this (without the spaces of course):

    [ img ]http://imagelocation[ /img ]

Then I select that whole line of text and use the little link button to select the URL to link to, I don't put anything in the "title" field of the window that pops up.

Are you doing anything differently than that?

P.S. - It's not a Firefox thing, I use Firefox all the time to update my stuff, and I see the borders around your pics in both Firefox and IE.

After seeing your paint for the NASCAR comp I thought I should take a look at some more of your work.

Just as I expected, more great work. I'm gonna have to visit your SF for the Lady Luck Viper, and maybe one or two others.

    Some great paints blue. Yes

Awesome. I have the clean M1, but now I NEEEEEED the weathered one. Looking forward to more brilliant additions.

Your paints are consistently awesome and the way you format the cars for the gallery is awesome. All of it is very awesome.

The thought also just occured to me; your 'Bluespeed' logo would be a great centrepiece to design a car around. I think it could make for a neat looking flagship car.

Thanks, I might have to try that sometime.... of course that means I would have to make an "S" and I absolutely LOATHE the letter "S" (what painter doesn't?). Big Smile

There is no worse letter. I can't for the life of me find a good technique for doing them either, so mine often end up being about 3x the layer count of any other letter.

    ARGH!

    ARGH!

I usually make the bottom end first, copy-paste, rotate, move up and make the central connection. But it is true, it's by far the most annoying letter to paint.
