I think Jalobo is refering to the unicorn cars, but the unicorn cars are to be given out to the top 4 pts positions of D1.  Not total points overall.  However I could be wrong.

No, you are correct, the drivers in D1 are the only drivers capable of winning the unicorn cars, just as it was last season.

    Re: Week 8 results

    SimplyRed:
Here`a a recap from Division 2 racing at Road Atlanta over 50 laps.

Well This was the race that was going to decide the final promotion place to Division 1.
Three of the guys had a chance,Callaway,Bismark and Twisted.
There was one twist though it all depended on which order these three finished, the odds were heavily in favor of Callaway who knew he did not have to win in order to move up.
On the other hand both Bismark and Twisted had to win and then hope that Callaway finished at the back.
The hopes of Bismark and Twisted took a turn for the worst when RacerX brought out the dreaded Monster the Re Armeniya, now anyone who knows anything about this beast knows that to slay it you have to take a rocket launcher and fire a projectile up its exhaust pipe to stop it,well no one in the room had that rocket launcher and if they did they didn`t use it.
With the Armeniya now in the field Callaway must have been smiling from ear to ear,Bismark and Twisted must have known it was time to bring out the Kleenex to wipe away those tears as they would need them come race end.
Talking to Bismark he had high hopes coming into the race,he had his INGS RX 7 buzzing like an angry Bee after a honey pot,in testing he had been laying down low 1m 18s times and this Bee was ready to steal all the honey he could get, alas it wasn`t to be and RacerX calmly sprayed Bismark and his Bee with a fresh can of Raid,Bismark rolled over and dropped dead, lol.

So the race started with Callaway in pole along side him at the front was Twisted with the Monster and Angry Bee on the next row.
After a clean entry by all drivers through Turn 1 it was Callaway who led the pack, the Monster was behind him with Twisted and the Bee in close persuit.
It wasn`t long before Racer got the Monster in front while it took the Bee the best part of 5 laps to pass Callaway in the Honda.
Even at this early stage the writing was on the wall for the Bee and Twisted as the Monster just got further and further away,as hard as the Bee was running it was like comparing a fart to thunder.
So from this point on the field ended up into a prossesion with Racer in the position to take an early beer from the Bismark tent.
So it all ended no sooner had it started with Racer and his Monster taking the win,Bismark and the angry Bee taking second Callaway in third with Twisted in fourth.
This gave the last remaing promotion spot to Callaway,Racer took home the Beer tent and well Bismark and Twisted they took home the Kleenex.
Great job to all in Division 2 it was and has been a lot of fun.

    Bismark

Fast cars are fast in the straights, Fast drivers are fast in the turns.

    Re: Week 8 results

Sane, car looks good, just might have to pick one of those up.  The faster cars are not what I am better at, the proof is in my my times for the season, but I try to get one and see how it runs.

    Re: Week 8 results

It was kinda fun practicing last night.  It was fun to get back on the track and actually run some laps through the week to try to get prepared for the weekend race.  It was nice to take a second and a half off my PB, but it sucked to still be a second and a half off the rest of the guys in D1.  Oh well I just need to be content that I am in D1 and not focus on the final results.

    Re: Week 8 results

Can everyone from Division 1 were possible please post here if you are able to race on Sunday instead of Saturday as Scotty can not make Saturday.
If you cant post here then either message myself or the Race host Jalobo over X box live.

If the race is moved then you can run at whatever time, day or night Sunday, that decision can be made should we have a go for Sunday.

    Thanks
    Bismark
