If they're not gonna get the demo up until 2 or 3 a.m. EST, then I'm surprised they aren't holding it back until tomorrow. Wouldn't it make more sense to release it earlier in the day, say 6 p.m. EST? That way all the US and Europe will all be up and ready for it. This way, most eastern Americans and Europeans will be fast asleep!

Traffic will spike again now that people are coming home from work lol. Around this time is when Demos go on marketplace in NY. 5 to 6pm. Odd that they would release a demo so late at night, usually is released sooner.

Yes, the demo has to be downloaded Unless you're Microsoft, in which case it has to be uploaded.

nope, one of the moderators, che or bill gates will go to your house with a loadtruck of 5 1/4 floppy disks and install it for you! :)

Demo is definitely hitting tonight -- but it'll be pretty painful for east coasters.

you dont upload new data to networks in the middle of the day incase something goes wrong :)

I'tll be better this way trust me, if they released it at 6pm or somthing, sooooo many people would be downloading it at once, it would take approx. 2 weeks and 6 days. this way, it will waterdown the server load and when the majority of the people download it tommorow it will go much faster.

so i have stay awake till 2am :(
