I have a quick noob question to anybody who knows the answer.
I use flickr for my images because i find it keeps the image more crisp but im not sure yet how to get the IMG code for showing my pics in my posts, if someone could let me know how to do this id be greatful?

Go to the pic you want click on all sizes, open the size you want it, I like most others normally use 500x281, copy and paste the URL - it gives you the direct image URL underneath the pic. Before the URL put [ img ] and after it you put [ /img ] - with no spaces. If you quote this post you'll be able to see what its like.

By the way frantic, are you mike grays m8, i know the tag from somwhere and i think thats how. I saw you are scottish too and thaught that must be where i know the tag from.
