just 2 things i've noticed so far:
1: it would be awesome if a player could splash in the lobby as soon as they enter an online race, before choosing a car, just to see what they're getting into so they could choose an appropriate car, or even decide if this room is right for them. too many race hosts dont use the game options to limit the entry options and too often you enter a room either unprepared or with people yelling at you because you've instinctively chosen the fastest car available to you.
2: i agree we need a drag strip of some kind, even if only online. i dont enjoy the sport myself, but i really dont enjoy having to redefine and start my search for a circut race all over again when i stumble into a drag racing room. i have discovered that if you see a room with a track that has its lap count maxed out, its usually drag racers - and i'd like to tell those room hosts that i really do appreciate that because it keeps me from disturbing you, and i hope it keeps you from having to explain whats going on every 15 seconds as people enter your room. i'd encourage game administrators to browse online races weekday nights for nordeschlieffe or nissan speedway rooms with 75 laps to see how many people are using them to drag - there are TONS! and they definately deserve a track to play with.
