If I could buy any car, but just one.....

*Please hold while my brain spirals out of controll trying to pick one*

I'd find one with a vagina and ditch my wife. Since that's not gonna happen, I'd go with a new Corvette Z06. I know I know, why pick that car when there are clearly better options out there. There are so many amazing super cars and even non super cars that will out perform the vette on a race track any day. But, Since the day the Corvette came out it's always been the baddest American car for the $, and more importantly they have never comprimised the pride of the name. If you tell me "I just got a brand new Mustang", the first thing I think is "A fast one or a cheap ass 4 banger with steelies and plastic hub caps?". But Corvette has never comprimised the integrity of their name to sell some cheap crap cars. If someone tells you "I just got a brand new Vette", you know they just got a bad ass ride, without having to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars. If American auto makers held the quality of their cars like Chevy has by letting Corvette damn near be their own entity within the company, they wouldnt be dying like they are today. I'll take a new Z06 and keep it clean for the rest of my life.

good on ya mucker,thats what a real car fan is all about,sticking to the one you love even though you yourself know its not the best,thats why i love the RS200 so frikkin much,although the MKII escort is a very very verrrrrrry close second

Just one car, huh? Very difficult choice...

Okay, I got it, a pre-1999 Lamborghini Diablo SV in black; when they still had the pop-up headlights, just like my current car; a 1989 Acura Integra LS. :)

Still, that was my first dream car since I was 9, and nearly 11 years later, that still hasn't changed.

Although a close runner-up would have to be a Heffner Twin Turbo Lamborghini Gallardo, the sound of that drive-by scares the crap out of me!

first off my all time favorite car is the DB9R this would be my number 1 pick



next if i couldnt get the first one would be the new skyline even though i hate the back half of the car (looks ugly)



and finally as a 3rd choice (cause i already have it, but would make it a whole lot better) would be the 3000gt, this car is amazing 320hp from the factory all wheel drive and handles like a dream

That DB9 is one of the sexiest cars EVER.

damn good view sir! It is nice to see a company produce a car that is blisteringly fast and still cheap and keeps the brand alive, Sometimes choosing a car to buy isn't a matter of whether it is going to be the best, the fastest or most stylish, but its what you want.....If I won the lottery tomorrow, first thing I'd buy would be a BMW 850i (later model) Me and my dad had a similar discussion about this matter, the Nissan GT-R popped up, a amazingly fast car that cost slighly more than a E92 M3, the Corvette Z06 in the UK is about £70,000 new (if you can find one) thats less than a 3 year old 360 Modena, will run just as good and will cost 1/4 of the price to service! and if you drive a Z06, people won't think that you are a total tosspot, petrol heads will know in their hearts that the man with the Z06 will be grinning all the way to bank, although, I do love my Pasta Rockets, and would own one any day

Lotus are spouting the "heritage" view with the 2010 Esprit, its fast, looks like the original, keeps with the original style and is going to be affordable

Except is going to about £100,000, designed to go against the F430 and Gallardo, (while previous Esprits were never designed to go against flagship models) it has a 4.9 litre V8 M5 engine (its hooj for a esprit!) it looks like a Europa S that has been sat on and has very little to do with the Esprit (even the 2002 model)

its nice to see a Marque that gives what it promises....rather than just false promises (Jaguar, Aston Martin, Lotus anyone?)

Couldnt agree more about compromising the pride of the name.....the new challenger brings that to mind. I've already seen a *** load on the streets where I live. With a car like that you just can't make a bunch of trim levels. They better not do that with the new camaro. They new one trim level and thats it.

It is hard to choose just one...

So the one would have to be a properly powered 1983 Nissan 280ZXt 2+2 T-Tops - Pearl White with Burgundy Leather interior - what is properly powered you wonder :D

Dump the L28et and insert RB26dett, mated to a 6 speed sequential gearbox.

Wouldn't change anything else in the car, as everything else just worked :D
