Gotta admit I was honoured to be asked by T10 to be up for one of these Spotlight features...promise I wont let it go to my head though! lol

They're gonna be doing this from now on for good as far as I know so i'm sure all the regulars will get an e-mail from them sooner or later...as far as i'm concerned every single painter/tuner/racer/hotlapper/seller/tester deserves one for all the great stuff that's been achieved since this game 1st appeared.

 

 

...& how good is the next game gonna be?! Scary just thinking about it.

 

Btw i've posted some better pics of the '07 as I rushed the others & they didn't really show a lot of the detail on it...these are more close up & slightly better

Updated OP with last of the J's Racing paints on a Acura Integra. Done as a collab with 3ooC who did an awesome job on the engine design...thanks mate!

OMFG Duff.........That Integra is SICK ! All 3 of the J's cars you've made are awesome looking cars but that is f*cking outstanding, without doubt my favourite of the 3 liveries. 300's engine work is amazing as usual aswel, wow. I need this car immediately captain !!!!!!

Cheers Jizzy, appreciate it mate & Bluenose too ...no way did your lot just spend 19mill on one player mate, just didn't look right when I saw it in the paper. Looks like old Sinatra is gonna be flashing the cash then pre season, should be interesting.

Cheers KM...i'm doing the opposite & giving it a rest for a couple of weeks, been at these 3 for ages. Wanted to have a crack at that other livery comp for the DSG Scoob but I wanna have a proper go at BF. Had a few games & loved it but am I missing something or is there really just that one gamemode online?

Just the one game mode although there will be a free game mode 'conquest' later. I've played 'Gold Rush' a couple dozen times now and have never played the same game twice - if you know what I mean -  as there are so many ways to attack and defend. Love it.

Thought so, was a little dissapointed tbh but I suppose it'll do for now but conquest mode is where it's at imo...lost count of the amount of games on Backstab & a Bridge too Far we had with that, quality stuff with your mates...

Updated the OP (at the bottom) with a couple of pics of my new car which I got last week, today was the 1st sunny one since I bought it so I snapped these at work today but there'll be more to follow...off to a Japanese Car meet in August called Jap North 2008 with my local car club MCR VTEC so i'll get some good pics of the numerous JDM Honda's that the club has in it's ranks including an FD2 Type R which one of them has just bought but the club stand as a whole will have 25 plus Honda's on there...should be a sight, particularly for a VTEC geek like myself. lol

Also gonna be upgrading it over the coming months so i'll keep updates going on here if anyone's interested, be good just to keep a record of it's progress somewhere for myself anyway...gonna be a sad time for my wallet but i've wanted to build a track car for years & the DC5 was the one car i've always wanted ever since I 1st saw it in 2002...still have to pinch myself sometimes when i'm in it but what a car, the K20A is just awesome, still get nervous about going above 8,000 rpm but i'm slowly getting used to it when I can give it "the beans" every now & again. lol

Cheers lads...yeah I can imagine maranello, i'm loving every second of this at the minute too, should've done it sooner. Love the DC2 myself mate, in a local car club called mcr-vtec & loads of the members have got UK & JDM spec 2's, they swear by them for tuning & handling, one of the mods on the website even traded his DC5 in for one!

Nope no new paints just an update on a couple of mods to my DC5 Type R on the OP. Pic of the Mugen suspension that was already on the car when I bought it & some of the new DC Sports Exhaust i've just had fitted this morning in time for the Japan North 2008 show this weekend...great bit of kit, sounds awesome!

A new DC5 Type R Time Attack car (fictional) based on the colours & logos from my real car clubs website (www.mcr-vtec.co.uk) ...basically based on the last design of the J's cars but with new background & a decals added.

Shoehorned in some pics at the bottom too of my quick 1 hour paint for my Clio 197 that i'm using in a Clio Cup Championship..also included some of a recent race at the Ring.

 

..Edit: couple of pics of my new PIAA Tera 6500 side lights on my Teg added too...look mint but ruddy expensive!
