i dont get it from what uve put here it seems that you can upload stuff from the computer to your xbox for your decals or summet

this isnt a signature its a signature

no they dont, they use photoshop/etc to work out how to fit an image onto a car or how to break it into a grid, they cant use a computer to actually upload graphics or edit paintjobs in any way, photoshop is just a good way of starting out and maybe getting a rough idea of how a design will look on a car
