That logo is there because SEIBON requires it to be there. Thats the spot they want so thats what they got.

Tuning AG was first to do the snout in-game, now we are first in real life also (i think).

I agree.. I think the color snout has been done before in real life. But I can't recall where I have seen it.

Sorry to disappoint you guys, but as I have said before this car is not in the same class as the Hypermax Evo.  They Hypermax Evo is an Unlimited class car.  The Takata Impreza is a Modified/Limited class car.  The difference between my car and the Hypermax Evo is very significant.  The Hypermax Evo has a completely custom lightweight frame, custom suspension geometry, and other exotic products and materials that are simply out of the league of a privateer such as myself.  Think of a number for my racing budget, then add a zero to it.. and then triple it, and that is close to what HKS has invested in the Hypermax Evo.  HKS has deep pockets and a huge staff dedicated to building the best Time Attack car in the world.  My Impreza is a better representation of what the rest of us mortals could build using predominately off the shelf racing components.  If you want to compare the Takata Impreza to another Time Attack car in terms of level of preparation, think Cobb Impreza, Dynocomp Impreza, or MFQ Motorsports Evo.

Strangely enough, I've never seen grille surrounds painted in a contrasting color to the body...as good as it looks, one would think that it would be a popular mod.

Anyway, I definitely like the emphasis on driver safety that you're pushing. I think it shows not only how great a level of performance can be achieved on a budget, but also that safety doesn't have to be sacrificed to be competitive while staying within budget constraints.

LOL they care about the visibility of their brand and nothing else, but can you blame them? A sponsorship is basically paid advertising, in which the advertiser has the right to their terms. I'm sure a simple outline to buffer the Seibon logo from the green will work quite nicely to make it more pleasing to the eye, also gotta remember that there's distortion that happens on rounded edges of the car models in the game, and it will simply look better in RL. Personally, as a designer, I love Seibon's logo and I think that the red being complimentary to the green of the car will really make it feel like it belongs on the real car. Trust me, it'll work out, no need to panic

Heh.. we are cutting the inside of the door panels.. not the outside.  Aero will be fine.  You really think the new body panels look silly?  I assume you are referring to the hood primarily.  Well.. to each their own.  I love it!
