I gotta say, I'm not totally against Jeff Gordon in this whole thing. Granted I am a fan of his, and I always have been, but I can't say I blame him. Most people don't pay too terribly much attention to NASCAR, but Clint Bowyer has been building up to this all year. I believe that is at least the third time this year that Bowyer has been entirely too aggressive, towards Gordon nonetheless, and ended up wrecking him in the process. Of course, at Martinsville on the restart when Bowyer jumped the flag and got under Gordon and Jimmie Johnson, wrecking all 3 of them, and this past weekend ruining Gordon's race. So you know what, I don't really care, in fact I support Gordon. He's one of the most respected guys out there, without a doubt, and he's completely fed up with Bowyer and his little stunts. So oh well.
Moving on, quite a mess was made with those cars, it's amazing that both of the drivers were alright after. It's apparent that those roll cages are designed to survive wrecks like that, but still, wow.
Again, a good read, even though we disagree with the Gordon situation. And a nice tip there from VVVWorm. Solid information and explanation.
I look forward to the next article, John, keep up the good work.
