There's not that much change in the carbon, but I think mine's a tighter mesh. Oh well though, no need to get worked up. We playe to have fun. If anyone is interested in the batman car, let me know.

See I think it is tighter because I made my 2nd layer half the size of the tutorials 2nd layer. I don't know. It looks like it to me, but I could be wrong. I am only human. Sorry for all the fuss.

Well I was playing with this and found out what Kiwi had said about that special color. Also I put that white layer on top of it but only to .08 (looked better to my eyes lol) and well here are the results.

Yeah man I streched and shrinked some of the layers to my taste but it's the same steps as the tut. I was just trying out the technique Kiwi had said in another car so that everybody could see the differences.

Well no it is not included in the tutorial part that Steve did, it was just a suggestion Kiwi made that he tried and I did too.

yeah the only difference is the optional white layer you can add if you so wish, i tried it but found it made it a little too bright so i left it out, but you can add one if you wish

Yeah.  I threw a black layer on top at 50% to make it more subtle.  I think i might back it off to about 25%.  The process is a hell of a lot quicker than the last method.  this only took about 30-45 minutes.
