so many ppl want to turn this game into test drive unshi tlimited... to the people that want free roam..... PLAT TDU and stop suggesting to ruin this great sim racer..SIM racer..

 

imo all it needs is..

career tweaking sumin to keep motivated and playing. i agree it gets boring having to the same over and over. maybe do a set code where each region has its own leagues.. D , C ect and u have to complete chamionships events and earn sponership to unlock cars... obv u will start as a self funded amatuer but then earn cars and get a wage from your sponser for racing plus the winnings from the race / event...

tracks.... the snake tracks blow, they get tedious after 2 laps,, and theres not enuff real life tracks more needs to be added from a variety of countries....

weather / time ??? especialy with enduro... have the light fade ect depending on start of race to finish..have mabye a actual 24 hr lemans? ( that would be grueling but cool )..weather might be hard to do and keep the great physics .. but maybe just a little rain would give a variation to the play.

cars is a tuff 1 to nail as people will always want more! unless u can put every made car and make future/ concept cars ur not going to satisfy every1....

physics and play.... id say no change its great as it is...maybe if u can make it better do so..

livery.. ive been learning to paint and i love it.. but needs alot more added for better use.. imo 1000 layer isnt enuf either if u make custom decals.. a fix for that is to add typography decals that u canchange colour (manufacturer style) .. widow decals matte paint and rim lip paint would be cool.. also matte wheel paint and a white paint for the wheels lol..paintable roll cage..

more upgrades let us pick wat we put in ..like u pick street or sport then have a few different manufacturers pop up and let us decide what we put under the hood of the car this would produce a wider variet of play with 2 people having the same car with diff results also this would change up
tuning options ect..just make the game have more variety..

also more kits....wide body kits....exhausts.....race kits ( so u can make ur D class an R4 race class ect ) <-- i believe this would be great... (privateer race team style)....

pit crew ? working pit crew if posible .

- make it harder to win, I want a challenge and career mode presented none.

 

I agree with whoever said it feels like a big demo, you need to somehow get players more involved.  Have fellow racers that compete w/ you the whole way through.  I want to feel bad when I lose and great when I win.

Make online tournaments easier to enter and setup.  maybe tie in online racing to the career? that would be sweet.

 

I'm forgetting alot, but either way i'll be buying Forza 3.

Start off by saying, idea's like dirt racing, bikes, trucks etc are a poor idea. TOCA used to be an awesome game before they started all that crap. Should have stuck to British touring cars

So lets stick to a certain type of racing.

Other things NEEDED in forza 3 are

Night racing

Real weather conditions

More BRITISH touring cars (Ford Sierra Rs500 after all it is the most succesful touring car ever and capable of over 800hp from a 2 liter)

More European tracks - Donington, Knockhill, Brands Hatch, Spa Francorchamps, Monaco also Bathurst (australia) and all the hillclimb tracks back

 

 

Car maintenance is a great idea it would add a lot more depth in competition.                 

Night driving could be a bit risky but would love to see it done.

Some single seater action too please

The physics in Forza 2 are fantastic.  But you still don't quite feel it as much as you could.  Why not cause the screen to dip slightly when you brake and roll slightly around corners etc?

Ok !!! i got an idea !!!

How about a Full garage check list ( for those that need the achievment of all cars )
Sign onto forzamotorsport.net and you could have the option for your garage to upload or at least a check list showing you what cars you have and how many of that car you have...
show each cars HP ratings and parts installed along with the PI class its in...
pictuers if the cars arnt nessacary... just the numarical values... HP, Weight, Torque, front distribution.
another thing this would help with is car discussion... some of us would like to have our car information in front of us so we can discuss our builds.

if i am honest i would change the Regional Championships race type to how it was in Forza 1 where you can use any car from any country in each race class

Add bugatti so we could have the Veyron and EB110 on the game

A race championship for Unlimited cars because to be honest there aint much point to getting your car to Unlimited as there are then very few races to use the car in on the game and the ones that are avalable are to easy.

Make it like Grand Turismo where you can use road cars in the race series races would be a cool addition also

I sent a long list of gripes about Forza 1 to Turn 10, my chief complaint about that game was sound. It was way off. I took flack from the noisy minority on ForzaCentral for my comments but I stood by them. The Ferraris in Forza1 sounded awful. More like hairdryers than Italian supercars I said. There is a Ferrari dealership near my house, I know those sounds inside out. Also the crash sounds were just wrong. If you have never been in a nasty crash, let me tell you, it is utterly deafening. The noise is just off the scale. The reason I am saying this is, it is like Turn 10 listened carefully to every word I said, because Forza 2 just ticked off every sound gripe I had. The Ferraris sound like they should, and with a decent surround sound system the crash sounds are just on the nail. So yeah, they listen.

My requests for Forza 3; guys. you have to address the graphics. We all got used to the look of Forza 2, we swallowed the 'well its art or physics' pill and played it. Then PGR4 came out, and the look was just night and day compared to Forza 2. Now GT5 is starting to make noises and its cars look gorgeous. I am personally annoyed that a group of misinformed people seem to equate FPS with sensation of speed. That is a myth. 60 fps does NOT make a game look faster, it just makes the colour bounce on your HDTV. Nobody walking past NY on Forza could confuse it with reality, it screams video game to your eyes. Yet, PGR4, just now and then, in NY, it makes you stop and think, is that a game? My other gripe, please guys, more tracks in the product, the game is boring with the tracks released in F2, needs variety. Pit crews I want too, but you need to hire people to do that, its not in your DNA. Thanks for listening.

I think forza 3 should have all the 80-95 hondas including the 4drs and that u can be able to put the 2000 honda si rims onto any 4 lug honda or acura and that there should be a 98 4dr acura and a cockpit veiw i also think u should be able to change change ur exhaust size and choose the brand and be able to change parts in your interior.i also think u should be able to crusie or free rom around the big island in hawaii and u should leave the mugen clip.and u should make it like test drive unlimited like u can drive to ur races and there should be the hilo drag strip u can also drive bikes and get out of ur cars and bikes and make it real realistic where u would have to go and purchase parts from a store and install them ur self and be able to custom make ur character and roll down ur windows and drive to the challenges.I think u should give them licsence paltes and that you would have to renew ur liscense every once and a while and make the game so that u could use ur wipers and see the light beams and signals and cops would pull u over like TDU .

I love Forza 2 but the things i would like different in 3 are...

- More real tracks. The biggest complaints i saw of FM2 was how boring it got. People need more environments.

- Better graphics. I'm glad most of the time was spent on the physics, but graphics sells games.

- Much better replays. The camera angles are terrible. Watch Tv coverage and play Gran Turismo games for ideas. I don't want a camera spinning around my car when i just want to watch that pass i just made. Also give the replays some AI. If there is a good battle for the lead, the camera should show more than 1 car.

- Get rid of the brake discs glowing so much. Yes it may happen irl, but it was way overdone in this game.

- Dashboard view. I never thought i would be asking for this but it was so well done in GT5p. Please put it in T10.
