My Garage

Thanks for all the great submissions everyone.  Just to clarify I will be closing the submissions thread at the end of the day (6 PM PST) today!  So if you want to get in a last minute submission now is the time!

We will be carefully reviewing the submissions over the week and will be announcing the winners on Friday.

Thanks again for the participation.  We are going to have a hard time judging this one...as always :)

It's been a great contest so far...everyone put forth some great looking cars.  The seasoned painters came with awesome paintjobs as should be expected of them.  The new faces brought some great paintjobs and those of us in the middle put forth some great paintjobs too...overall top notch paintjobs all around from everyone.  I do not envy Turn 10 having to pick a winner from them.  It's been fun and hopefully they'll do something like this again.  Good Luck to everyone...we'll see what happens on friday.

Yep this thread will remain for discussions!  Like Toyota has said there are some great entires in here.  We do enjoy running these sorts of events and know that the community enjoys them.  Thanks again for all the participation!

hey guys ,robbie gordon runs more than nascar and turning left. also indy cars and off-road racing too . ( if you can drive it he will or has)thats probably what turn 10 means by one of the greatest drivers in the world. multi disciplined and a true competitor in every sense of the word. watch him on a road course some time , then say he just turns left.

anyway best of luck to all who entered, some really great work going on once again. i just now (after the deadline) found out about it , sure sounds fun.      peace

Alright everyone here is a quick update.  We are going to hold off untill Monday to disclose the winners.  We had a really hectic week, and I think all the submissions deserve some serious judging time, so we are going to use the weekend and Monday to throughly check all of the submissions.

I apologize for everyone who was amped about the winners being announced.  I will be posting a blog article on Monday with the winners, as well as including them into next Friday's PPR.

Thanks and really great work everyone.  It is going to be really hard to choose only 3 winners!

I just wonder if Maybe Turn 10 can offer something else to entrants in any country outside the US (i.e. most of the world) by way of countenance to the lack of any "physical" prises. maybe the next several DLC packs free or something? at least something to make it not look like your fellow Americans are getting preferential treatment. even though they are.

 

apologies if i sound bitter... i am slightly. it isnt even as though you guys even give us Brits any DLC cars. german, italian, american, japanese, french... not a single british car still though. if i didn't know better (which i dont) I'd say Turn 10 have something against us non-americans.

LOL. You raised a good point there mate. Always feel left out on official turn10 comps cause you cant claim prizes unless youre in the usa
