Suzuka East - C-Class
JVE Perturbator - 1st
Silon95 - 2nd
I've witheld commenting on the #1 time because after watching the replay it appears that he did not use a faster car to physically push his car. He's not getting the 30 mph boost off the line that the guy in second place (Silon95) is plainly getting. #2 for sure needs to be wiped because it's plain he had something physically pushing his car.
What it appears JVE Pertubator is doing is having faster cars strategically placed on the track so that when he gets on the straight it's there to give him the draft then gets out of his way in the corners. To me, this is just as bad and just as wipe worthy. Although, a little different from what people like Silon are doing with cars actually physically pushing cars to unattainable speeds.
Well I think you are cheating by crying like a old hag that somebody faster than you has a time on the board that must be removed banished and his times wiped.
just get over it man if you spent half the time on the track learning the line you do on here bitching you would have better times too.
:oldDawgmodeon:Ok, I disregarded the first lunatic rant as just another forum troll. But, since you have so eloquently singled me out in this one I'll waste a few moments of my life to respond. First, who in the blue hell are you? Nobody. Second, if you had a clue, you'd know that my overall times are considerably faster than any of these cheats that are attempting to screw the racing community. Now, back to your hole and let the big boys discuss the important issues.:oldDawgmodeoff:

How about his other times? Just takes one for a wipe. ![Smile [:)]](/emoticons/emotion-1.gif)
Haven't looked at the other ones, but, as far as I'm concerned he is at the very least setting up cars simply to get draft which to me is just as much of a cheat as using a fast car to ram a slower car to ridiculouls speeds.

Re: Turn 10 protect the integrity of your scoreboards
Steve and Dana, I already raced with them weeks ago and if they're able to post such time I should logically be able to lap these tracks at least 1sec faster, but I'm not, simply because I don't need a boost to feel good with my times, I prefer being 23rd on Mugello short with no bump than 1st being 1sec ahead of them with a bump. Btw, I guess they wanted me to boost them when they invited me but I didn't even reply of course. They're nothing else than a$$holes. They're not even courageous enough to face the people who caught them cheating, they prefer insulting us instead. I've a very trustworthy guy in my friendlist who can confirm.

turn 10 needs to name and shame and then ban (and if possible send in the heavies) :D
Cheats make a mockery of the whole concept of the game. It will end up like colin mcrae (RIP) and top racers will stop bothering.
FIRST THING THOUGH!
BAN JVE MÁSTERBATOR !!!!
this creep is a serial cheat, remember him cheating PGR3 not so long ago.

Re: Turn 10 protect the integrity of your scoreboards
i just want to say one thing if and when hopefully the cheats get wiped make sure an get it right .
i speak for myself when i got this game i was a forza virgin i never played the first game i knew nothin of any past methods of cheating . i made an elan from the scoreboards i had no idea it was wrong in any way as i was still learning the game later on i found that it was an unfair advantage through reading on the forums an stopped using it , when i say i used it i played in some tourneys cos it was impossible to qualify without it.
anyways a few months back the wipe came and i got wiped not for awd glitch as my xbox had 3 red lights during that time but because of that elan thing . so for my punishment i get wiped not once but 3 times .
dont let a fiasco like that happen again please

Re: Turn 10 protect the integrity of your scoreboards
PorscheH6:Mugello Short - D Class
Geud1 - 1st
Silon95 - 2nd
JVE Perturbator - 3rd
Suzuka East - D Class
Silon95 - 1st
JVE Perturbator - 2nd
Suzuka East - C-Class
JVE Perturbator - 1st
Silon95 - 2nd
Looks like T10 took care of Mugello Short- C-Class. Few more to go!
Note: Silon and JVE also have suspect times in B-Class as well (Less obvious), but it doesn't matter. They're all getting deleted anyway.
I just checked all of these out. Without a doubt all of the above guys need to have their times wiped. The strange thing is that Perturbator seems to be pretty fast. Why he has the urge to cheat I'll never know. I remember him AWD glitching all summer long as well so I guess this is just delayed justice.. Turn 10/Che, go get em'.

I was going to add this. HE IS, hugely talented and probably in the top tier of racers so WHY he feels the need cheat is beyond me. the guy must be flawed.

Re: Turn 10 protect the integrity of your scoreboards
Dana and Steve the reason why you don't really understand this is probably because you dont see the top 500 guys when you press your X button to bring the scoreboard for nearby racers. So don't worry man let the guys at the top sort this out. OK. LOL Anyway less waste of breath now. Look at anything anywhere in life. You cheat you get banned, heavily fined expelled, etc etc. Nowhere in life do you cheat get caught and they say BAD SPORTSMANSHIP imagine an F1 racers racing a car 200 pounds lighter than the limit. Then get caught out and they say hey you little cheat your bad, bad bad. Slap you baddie you and then leave it at that.

Re: Turn 10 protect the integrity of your scoreboards
My recommendation right now is, if you have something constructive to add the point of this thread then post it. If not then do not post in this thread as it will be deleted from now on.
Stay on task.
This thread is for posting the infractions relating to intentional drafting / pushing on tracks other than Ovals with the intent of setting a top time on the scoreboards.
While Gamertags should not be provided, the Class, Track, Position and car used can be.
Also, required is specific evidence to support the claim. ( car doing 160mph at start of lap when 106mph is all that is possible in that car. Car doing 116mph at start of lap when 112mph is all that is possible. ) This evidence is best provided by review of at least two replays of similar cars.
There is no reason for any other discussion other than supporting evidence. Leave your feelings and opinions out of this.

Re: Turn 10 protect the integrity of your scoreboards
al jonesen:this type of thing isn't new, it was used at the drag strip to set pretty much all the fastest times in forza one, & I'm sure more than a few of you remember the contrived drafted times of the dr. shocker clan. I support uploading of times from single player modes only. if there is a way to cheat & put one over getting your name on a leaderboard there will always be a certain portion of the community who feels this is acceptable. to think these proven means of manipulating the game would not crop up in this game was naive at best. multi player times should never be allowed on the leaderboards because these times are too easily manipulated, that will not change...... al
I agree 100% Take out Multiplayer times from the Leaderboards and there won't be a need to have a Drafted Time Leaderboard Filter.

I wouldn't go so far as to take them completely out. But, if they take out only collissions on multiplayer that would work and still leave everyone the ability to work on laptimes in rooms with friends.

Che, I've blasted you before and said things that were probably out of line. But, right now, I feel like standing up at my computer and giving you a standing ovation. FM2 and the competiton it provides should have no room for people looking to cheat everyone and I'm thrilled to see this response from you. Keep up the great work!!!!
It only took them 2.5 months from the last topic on this problem to act....which though not quick, is a hell of a lot better than never! So...I'll add my applause to the ovation.

Re: Turn 10 protect the integrity of your scoreboards
RaFaby:
First of all, thanks for the answer Che. Now if I follow your reasoning, logically as for JVE Perturbator (aka OGC Thi, aka JVE OGCThi) we have : AWD glitch (with proof, someone had a video ages ago) + money glitch (no proof but with the hundreds of millions CRs he had months ago - without being a painter/tuner/racer in the custom tourneys -, I let everyone have their opinion...) + now "bumping" glitch (with proof as well) = ??? Times wiped? Cause it's already 2 "scoreboard griefings" + 1 glitch. If so, that's definitely great news!
I'm not defending the current bump cheater(s) in any way, but you need to be careful what you call "evidence", as a net too big catches too many fish. Since the game programmers are too lazy/ignorant to code a proper selective solution and instead go with an idiotic wiping of everything, you need to be very careful what you tag as guilty player actions.
Sidenote: As for picking on the programmers, I designed and programmed software for 26 years, so I'm allowed...lol.
As for "evidence":
I (and MANY others that had no idea they had done anything wrong) got completely wiped a couple months ago. It seems I had ONE time that was AWD automatic glitch. First, I didn't even know there was an AWD glitch when I did the laps....and second, I got the car choice and tuning from a downloaded top driver. It never occurred to me the top times might be from top drivers cheating. Hardly evidence of me having a cheater mentality...and certainly not deserving of a total wipe! I'm still wary of using any of the new cars for fear the designers screwed up again and WE will get punished for their mess again.
As for the "money glitch", I still don't know what that was/is, but I have over 200 million credits that I earned 100% legit by learning the supply/demand of the stock unpainted cars and selling LOTS of them. It was a pain and took a couple weeks. So ...having millions of credits but not being a painter/tuner/racer proves nothing.
A final point: If we have a determined repeat pattern offender, I'm all for wiping/banning them. But...the last time this bumping business came up, it was being done by 2 very fast drivers that didn't need to cheat. Both claimed it was a one time thing (after they were caught...lol) and even if they weren't caught, they might have just been curious and playing around and not have done it again. I believe one of those drivers recently won a rather important driving contest too...so...it would have been a shame if they had been banned for "temporary insanity"...lol.

Re: Turn 10 protect the integrity of your scoreboards
I noticed today on mugello short D class the top 3 times where set today all cheated. I watched the telemetry on the 1st guy and as he crosses the line his speed starts decreasing from like 140mph back down to a normal 110mph. It's blatently obvious these guys are cheating, please turn 10 do something about it.
Best solutions i can think of is stop uploading times from multiplayer lobbies is the best way to solve this, or can through and ban each offender one at a time.
