why people can't keep their disappointment for themselves. honnestly, why the urge to announce to the world that this is a disappointement ? who cares ? you don't *have* to buy it, you don't even *have* to play the game if you don't like it (i.e. you're disappointed). imagine if everyone would post here whenever they're tired, asleep, lucky, happy, sad, stressed, relaxed etc...

you don't want to get it, then don't get it.

I don't like fish, so when I go to the supermarket, I don't buy fish. but I don't grab a mic and tell everyone "hey people, I hate fishbone, so I'm not buying any fish anymore, ever !!!"

same goes here, you don't want the DLC, don't get it and keep in mind that most people wouldn't care wether you do take/like it or not.

sorry it had to go out sometime, you "paid" for all the others but it had to go off my chest.

PS: you should tell your family that you're not getting the DLC, they might care a little bit more since they're closer to you.

no no no, no... I'm going to rephrase what I've already posted in another thread, but anyway...
sure the whining (and the blind, mindless praising) drives everybody nuts, but I'm definitely hostile against having the disappointed folks keeping their disappointment (you guessed..) for themselves. Expressing oneself by *not* doing anything (in this case, *not* buying), is not the best way of being understood, let alone considered. Don't get me wrong though. While I definitely understand why people are multiplying these topics, I'm not agreeing with their methods. And to tell you everything, the main reason I think people shouldn't ask for what they really want, or whine when they don't get it, is that in the end, all this won't change anything : Turn10 will release the packs 1. with the content they want to give us 2. with the content they can give us (think licensing, etc.).

First off let me say thank you Turn 10 for the new car pack.  Some very nice choices.  I have only just downloaded and just looked at them and put some parts on them to get them to the P.I I want a couple of them at. 

But to get to my reason for this post...WHY is the E92 the ONLY production car in the car pack that we CANNOT ADD ANY AERO TO?!??? I was SOOOOOO looking forward to testing this car and using it for many of the series that we run in this game.  But with no aero there is no chance.  I am definately not a type to moan and groan.  However this is very dissapointing to me and I am sure it will be to others.  Is there a reason why you could add aero with all other M3's but not the new one. Its definately not because there are no examples or cars out there yet with race packages on them.

I may not get a response from a turn 10 rep and I half do not expect one.  However maybe one of you forum regulars may have an idea or insight into this.

why did they give the evo x gsr a 6 speed? it comes with a 5 speed

I´m new to this forum, i downloaded the DLC today at 10:00 MEZ.
Thank you Turn 10 for giving us/ me such a beautyful and elegant car, the Batmobile  - Kit is unbelievable, details are very good. Thank you for this car, perhaps a car against the " mainstream ", now i´m waiting for the BMW 2002 turbo.

I read most of the posts in these thread, ok, i also love muscle cars, crusing along the " Grüne Hölle " and listen to the sound. It´s great and make a lot of fun. Every player has its favorites, too much M3´s in the game, do we need so many japanese car´s, we have enough muscle cars, i want Turn 10 to give me a Foxbody, i dont know what car it is, please a GTR, an Aston Martin and so on, and so on. Everybody is right, we need it all. :)

But there are always car factorys ( i dont have the right word in english ) that has only a few number of cars, they all have fans too.

Let us hope that we will have DLC´s in the future, always with one or two special youngtimer, a supercar, cars that fill the gap in a class, we need a Ford Carpri to race against the new CLS, or a Mercedes EVO to play with the BMW E30.

I hope that every wish will be heard by Turn 10, in a DLC, or in Forza 3.

not bad at all! we had it in -BRIGHT RED- i couldnt keep my eyes off it...

I think the biggest dissapointment of this pack is the E92 M3.  It needs aero desperately.  And while I understand the significance of the batmobile kit, it really doesnt add much.  I was surprised with the TT and the F50.  I actually liked those. And if this is the last DLC?  Pretty weak offering IMO.  Hopefully they were either too concentrated on FM3 or were already splitting the team between FM3 and the next DLC.  FM2 needs at least 1-2 more car/track packs.  This last one wasnt anything to write home about.

I am actually pretty happy with this pack, but wheres the 2008 Viper? ;) This game needs more American supercars!

Well that is Holdens colour! I'd love to see this baby in the game

NO Aero! Looks like a tuner challenge to me!

M3 seems like a fine car to me in A class without aero.

Slightly put off by the lack of lower class cars but having the ability to select those cars when such a time arises is always good.

BMW only allows their own aero and as the E92 doesn't have any official aero parts yet, that's why. The spoilers on the other BMWs in the game have featured throughout the production runs of the respective model. The E92 hasn't changed in the 7 months it's been on sale.

i finally got some microsoft points and it was time to snagged the new tracks, that was a no brainer. its was a bit hard to figure out which car pack to go with as i didnt care for any of them. I went with this one because of the Evo as well. I wish they would add Bathurst as a track.
