Yeah... I'm thinking they're gonna do an American car pack/track pack at some point here...  I hope. As expressed in other posts, the American market has kinda been neglected, especially in the 'cars over 10 years old' arena....

I believe they rather should start working on FM3, maybe throw in a track pack from forza 1 cause they already have the tracks and it wouldn't (I guess) require as much work or licensing negociations.

but they usually take quite a while to release a new game so if we want something to stand against gran turismo, they better start working on it asap IMO, rather than spending too much time on DLC. I believe we have enough to hold until FM3 anyway (well, kaido did help in FM1 ^^)

why people can't keep their disappointment for themselves. honnestly, why the urge to announce to the world that this is a disappointement ? who cares ? you don't *have* to buy it, you don't even *have* to play the game if you don't like it (i.e. you're disappointed). imagine if everyone would post here whenever they're tired, asleep, lucky, happy, sad, stressed, relaxed etc...

you don't want to get it, then don't get it.

I don't like fish, so when I go to the supermarket, I don't buy fish. but I don't grab a mic and tell everyone "hey people, I hate fishbone, so I'm not buying any fish anymore, ever !!!"

same goes here, you don't want the DLC, don't get it and keep in mind that most people wouldn't care wether you do take/like it or not.

sorry it had to go out sometime, you "paid" for all the others but it had to go off my chest.

PS: you should tell your family that you're not getting the DLC, they might care a little bit more since they're closer to you.

I will be flipping mad if they release the LCE cars and preorder Nissan as DLC. I made the extra effort to preorder, I paid the extra $10 Canadian for the LCE cars, so the Limited Collector's Edition cars should stay limited!

Heck T10 already released the LCE book as DLC in PDF format. I'm not going to supply the link, just Google it.

Thats the thing though.... I would have too, if it were available to me! But, since I live in the USA... I had no oppurtunity to buy the LCE. What should I have done... bought a Canadian copy on ebay for $100 (at the time...) and pray that the code hadn't been used/removed??? Personally I didn't see that as a very viable option. I'd happily pay the extra $$$ to get the LCE cars available at the dealership/AH as I already have them in my garage from being chosen in the random 30 in HLCs in the case of the LCE cars. As for the Unicorn cars... I liked the idea of new Unicorn cars being added...

this has no real relevance to this post, but qwk 6ix's saying in his signature is from a commercial for GT4. so beware, he's one of us GT boys and girls. No, just kidding. Aside from all the whiners which go with every game (although 360 seems to be plagued with the majority of them) you Forza peeps are all right.

yeah, i would think that 3 DLC car packs is a little weak. That's would be like Turn10 turning to all of their players wanted cars and patting them on the head and sending them on their merry way with a sucker. Expect more bullets coming down the barrel of their gun. Anyways, gotta split.

Forza "ONE" lasted me years (from release to FM2 release)

PGR4 lasted two days

and there is NO decent driving game on the console market since FM2 was released (well there is the GT5 prologue, but I'm not getting a $600 console for a playable demo).

I had all the LCE and unicorn cars for FREE, doing the photo and livery competition. Stating that when I started I couldn't paint nor take pictures. Meaning, ANYONE could do it.

they promised DLC for forza 1 we didn't get ANYTHING, but that didn't prevent us for playing the game and building the great community that we have today.

I agree they had a little help with the initial D/Drifting hype, since they had the appropriate track (kaido)

okay, first of all, this is the whiniest post I have ever read in here. You know, if you want a lot of cars, you could just get a PS2 and GT4. That game has 722 cars (US) and if you get the GT Pro Racing wheel (and even without) it's pretty realistic. Heck, Turn10 peeps even play it and GT5P i bet ya. (mostly to do 'research'). I know the guys at Polyphony play Forza and Forza 2.

Personally, I think crying because you can't find your favorite car is like crying over spilt milk. anyways, this is my one and only comment on this one. If i was a mod, i would probably lock this post.

use one of the other whining threads so you won't bother people who actually play and enjoy the game. (can't understand why would anyone play a game that he doesn't enjoy)
