I can see this stuff mustve taken you a good while to put together. I'll drop you a suggestion, though. If you can get your hands on a program like SPSS or SAS you can transfer all this data to their spreadsheet and then compute different numbers for different variables, such as a cross between class and average rank or something like that. What would really be helpful, though, is to have people send you the specs on a car maxed at C, maxed at B, and also maxed at A, with each corresponding rating for speed, handle, etc. At that point you could begin to compare which cares are rated, on average, higher per PI at 550, 700, and 850. These programs will do all of that for you. People get payed a s**tload of money to do this with different data for different corporations. Data is data. I wouldnt pay for this, but someone probably would. Essentially the comp will spit out numbers for each car maxed at each class, thus taking some of the guess work out of what youre buying or trying to tune, by telling you ahead of time which cars are "better."
Good stuff on this spreadsheet though. I'll print this thing out and use it.
