I've never really gotten a good answer as to how the lightning bolt works well as hair...can anyone elaborate?

Not so much as hair but as highlights in hair...with the transparency tweaked.  It doesn't work all the time either...just sometimes when other pieces just don't make the curve well.  :)  Does that help?

Not really...sorry.  I'm just not visualizing how it would help.

This is a great wee guide, I'm starting to use a lot more of these shapes to be more layer efficient, and this is helping a lot. Good job on the guide man. Yes

    Amazing! Really amazing!

    Thank you very much!!!
You know, even if GT5 could be the best racing game ever I'll never like it more than Forza 3... I mean I'm not a racing game fan but Forza it's just amazing and Burnout is the other one cool.

I ordered the limited edition and can't wait 'till Monday to start some Livery editing.

Once again thank you, this guide is really useful!

Re: Livery Editor Shapes Usage Guide

Thanks a ton for the guide Kat, I'm a visual learner as well and was looking for just this thing. Been trying to make gaming logo's and failing miserably. I never really even thought to use the other shapes other than primitives and gradients, thanks again, I'll let you know how things go ^_^

I'd like to add that many of the punctuation marks for the fonts are very useful for creating foreign characters such as Kanji
